Having a beautiful 6 days at Le Blanc Los Cabos. Just finished a wonderful meal at Le Blanc Asia with Javier and Roberto — wonderful servers that gave excellent service and entertained our Spanish practice throughout the meal. Highly recommend asking for them as your servers when you visit. Cabanas are well worth considering by the pool — you won’t regret it! Great retreat with lots of Covid precautions to feel comfortable.

The best part of our membership yet!

We returned from Le Blanc less than a week ago and would like to share our wonderful experience! We have been Palace members for 23 years and we were so excited to finally visit Le Blanc Los Cabos! It was better than I could have imagined. The amazing food was the best part as well as the impeccable service from every employee! We had Eduardo for our waiter several times in the Ocean restaurant and he was joyful and worked so hard! Carlos was our butler and he was great and responsive every time I reached out to him for anything! Leonard made it easy for us to schedule spa treatments using our Le Blanc benefits! Olga and Cristina gave the best massages and all of the spa employees made us feel welcome and comfortable! We look forward to coming back to our favorite resort someday!

Le Blanc Los Cabos is nothing short of amazing. I visited here in September for an agent trip and again in October bringing friends along this time. Butler service is great..shout out to Abraham~he was very accommodating. All the restaurants were amazing with Blanc Asia being our favorite. Jose at the swim bar was great and makes a yummy Mocha Martini. Sebastian at the Pool was awesome too and took care of us all day! Blanc Stage had a band one night which made it fun, would have loved that every night but only certain nights offer a band. Rooms are really nice and comfortable. Plenty of room to unpack and store luggage. Views are incredible, especially the sunrise...a must see. Can't wait to return!!!

My husband and I traveled to Cabo September 30th till October 14, 2020 and met our friends at the resort. Our group of four would all stay together in the Diamond Presidential directly in front of the Sea of Cortez and above the Blanc Ocean Restaurant. It was gorgeous. The suite has two king size bedrooms, a bar with barstools, a large living room with ample seating and a huge dining room table. The deck spans the bedrooms and the living area with a four person hot tub in the middle of the deck along with chaise lounges and a table and chairs. It is beautiful! Before we arrived, our Diamond Concierge, Garcia Fabian Viurcos had contacted us well in advance to take care of any and all of our special requests. We made reservations for dining in our favorite restaurants and requested special dinners to celebrate our anniversaries as well as two Diamond dinners, one for each couple. Fabian surprised us by having a Special Dinner planned for us outside of the Italian Restaurant Bella on our second night. Chef Ruben planned a delicious meal beginning with a Signature Cocktail, special appetizers, Cauliflower Soup ( a new fave), handmade tortellini, lemonCello sorbet, rack of lamb, and tiramisu with special coffee with ice cream for dessert. Chef Ruben and his server Alfonso came out for every course to explain to us the background on each delicious course. They did an excellent job! Thanks to Fabian for setting it all up too! Fabian did a fantastic job setting up all our dinners and especially our Diamond dinners to celebrate our anniversaries. We dined at Blanc Ocean for both of those and it was marvelous. The food was a set menu and Ulises the manager orchestrated all the courses set out by the very capable Carlos and Alejandro in one night and Augusto for our next visit. We even had Tres Leche Cake which we had requested and it was delicious. Lumiere was another favorite place for us to dine. Daniel, the manager is awesome! Our waiter was Caesar and he was very attentive to all our needs. Daniel would go out of his way to say hello to our group every time we passed his restaurant and welcomed us back warmly every time we returned. Our group enjoyed Blanc Asia and the staff was always warm and welcoming there. Eduard is a fantastic waiter and the restaurant manager, Ulises came to chat with us and take care of any special requests. We had wonderful wait staff on other visits, Oliver and Ignacio were super! The food is scrumptious too! We met some wonderful new friends from Maine, Jim and his wife Cathy. Jim went on a fishing expedition catching Mahi Mahi and Blue Marlin. They invited us to join them and another group of new friends from Seattle for dinner. The chef at Blanc Ocean did a fantastic job preparing all the fish for us to dine upon. Fabulous! The International Restaurant is the Steak restaurant. Francisco is the chef and Victor was our waiter. We enjoyed their service and the meal. This time we tried the Lebanese restaurant Mezza. It was neat to try the dishes of this culture. Eric was our server and he did his best to explain all the dishes for us to enjoy. Tours to Todos Santos and La Paz were on hold due to Covid-19 restrictions but the town of Todos Santos opened up while we were there and Fabian made arrangements for us to do a repeat of the tour we experienced with Zacharias our guide. This is a great tour made even better with Zacharias’s infinite knowledge of the area and its history. Highlights include a Glass Blowing Factory, Blanket Shop, Tequila tasting, a visit to a Jewelry Store to learn about pearl harvesting, town tour, and the famous Hotel California. Our guide made reservations for us so that we could dine there for lunch. One of the artisans at the Hotel makes clay pottery and gives it away to customers for just a tip! Our friends were presented with a turtle and a dolphin and we received a wonderful owl. Fabian gave us packing boxes and bubble wrap so they arrived home safely. We had to cancel our Sunset Dinner Cruise because of the waves and windy conditions. Some people who had gone on the trip previously had loved the cruise and others said it was so hot, they were uncomfortable. People always ask if you can swim in the Sea of Cortez in front of the resort. No, you should not swim there since the wave are extremely rough and will drag you into the surf even if you are only standing in ankle deep water. Red flags are always flying. One man we met said he got tossed in the waves while wading in the water and was all cut up. If you want to swim, there is a beach about a mile away that you can arrange to visit. Many like to go on a cruise and snorkel instead. Our favorite place to hang out was the Infinity Pool. Sebastian Valenzo whom I immediately called “Sea Bass” is a real gem! He set us up daily in our cabana or chaise lounges, bringing bowls of ice with water and checking on us frequently to see if there was anything he could do to make our vacation perfect. He was so friendly and easy going, we loved talking to him. Manuel was the other Pool staffer when Sea Bass was off. It would make their job so much easier if Palace would invest in some good quality small coolers at least for each cabana to keep water and beverages cold without constantly refilling ineffective bowls with ice every few minutes. Those bowls are not insulated and in the hot weather, the ice would melt in ten minutes! Another suggestion for the pool’s next renovation would be to add more steps in each of the corners. The infinity pool only has one set of stairs for entrance or exit and as we are all getting older, it would be easier to have steps and railings instead of scooting over the wet deck like a crab to enter or exit. Putting a heater in that most popular pool for the winter months would be appreciated too! One more suggestion for safety on the deck of our suite. I was walking across the deck to enter the glass doors and there is a step off of the deck to the floor. It was dark and I stumbled and fell against the door, sloshed my cup of coffee but didn’t break anything. If you could paint the edge of the deck yellow where you step down, it would be easier to see the edge and prevent future falls. We had two wonderful Butlers named Xavier and Omar who took excellent care of us during our stay. They gave us their contact info so that we could get in touch with them for things such as breakfast orders, aroma therapy, changes in reservations, and other deliveries to our suite. The Butlers will even unpack for you if that is your thing. Sarahi, who we also had as our wonderful DC during our first stay last year, checked on us on Fabian’s day off. She rearranged a reservation and made sure everything went smoothly. Thanks you Sarahi! Some of the exceptional bar waiters were Manuel who was awesome. He was also a server one time that we dined at Bella and we enjoyed his excellent service there too. Karen, Jesus, and Edna were also super servers at the pool! We loved going to the Fire Bar or the Lobby Bar before or after dinner. The bartender at the Lobby Bar made the best ever Painkiller drink which was a fave of our friend. I can’t remember the bartender’s name at the Fire Bar but he wore a really neat patterned apron. He made a wonderful white chocolate martini that my friend loved. Also Nancy was another favorite server for our group. She went beyond her duties, facing the fan in our direction and placing extra chairs for our group. One our our favorite people was Lizbeth who manned the Ice Cream Cart and the Churro cart. We probably had way too many of her delicious goodies daily but, oh well, we were on vacation! Lizbeth is very sweet and friendly too! During this time of the pandemic you can all rest assured that Palace is doing everything to keep the virus at bay. Every room is completely sanitized and sealed for 48 hours before arrival. We were temperature checked at the airport, when we met the driver, and again upon entering the resort. We even had to walk on a mat saturated with sanitizer when we exited the gateway at the airport and again at Le Blanc entrance. All staff is required to wear a mask. When you enter a restaurant you are offered hand sanitizer and your choice of a hand held menu or using your phone to scan the menu. Workers are seen wiping touchable surfaces with sanitizers constantly. From the start of our vacation being driven by Raoul? from the airport and being given a flower and towel by our driver, to Fabian and Leo who presented us with our welcoming drink, and completed our check-in, we felt very special and like members of the family! We got to know a wonderful man named Audel who delivered our bags to our suite. Every time he saw us, he would have a friendly greeting or little chat. Fabian is exceptional! He and the rest of the staff go out of their way to check on us daily to make sure our vacation is as perfect as it can be. I made a comment that I thought we could use a microwave in our Diamond Presidential and Fabian spoke to management and made it happen! He even made sure we had popcorn! These are the special touches we love and make us want to return “Home” again and again. We are already planning our visit for next year. One final thank you to Roger Garcia from LB Cancun who helped to coordinate our trip to Cabo while we were in Cancun the end of August. We really appreciate that since it helped to make our visit even better! We are looking forward to going “Home” on our next trip to fabulous LeBlanc Cabo!
