    Awesome 2-night Stay!!!

    First off, Carlos at the front desk was very nice and made the check in process very efficient and stress-free. He also helped out with getting us a comfortable and newly renovated room. When we entered the room, we were welcomed by a clean, fresh smelling room equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator which was good our trip. It’s reasonably close to Universal studios without much traffic going to or coming back. Breakfast is reasonably priced and freshly made, which exceeded me and my girlfriend’s expectations. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We came up here for Universal Studios and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for an affordable, yet comfortable stay. The only recommendation I could make is to have a shuttle for Universal Studios since there is already a shuttle service for Disney World. In summation, our stay was amazing and I WILL be returning to this hotel if I do decide to come back to Orlando.

    It's a nice hotel if you are looking for a nice place to sleep and rest after a long day at Disney. The staff is really nice. For us, Dana was an angel, she kept our luggage until the check-in time and then she helped us with our rooms and stuff. The room is wide and practical, has all the items you need to have a confortable sleep. Parking is easy.

    We stayed here for a cheer competition and it was terrible. DO NOT GET THE BREAKFAST. It was gross! The rooms were ok. You could hear everything in the hallway and outside. Not in The greatest area either. There was someone being arrested in our lobby. Would not come back

    I stayed here for 3 days in early March. The location is great. Dana at the reception was very friendly and gladly helped me when I locked myself out of my room. My room itself was clean and comfortable, although the AC unit was rather loud, and I could also hear the old elevators humming at all hours. Also, it would be nice if the rooms had microwaves in addition to the mini fridges. The pool was nice, but the hot tub was not that hot at all. The Pizza Hut inside the hotel is a nice bonus! Parking can be an issue if you arrive late at night on the weekends. My biggest complaint is with the wifi: it kicks you off literally every 15 minutes and you have to constantly log back in with your access code which is very frustrating! The front desk said it was a “security feature to protect your data”, but I feel that’s just an excuse they use because their wifi is so crappy! If it had worked smoothly I would have gladly stayed longer, but instead moved to another hotel across the street.

    TERRIBLE/HORRIBLE service from the start of booking a reservation!!!!

    Took 30+ min to book 3 rooms for 3 separate clients for a 2 night stay. The representative booked all 3 clients in 1 room for a 1 night stay. Spent the next day on another 30 minute phone call correcting the reservations. Arrived and reservations were still wrong. Manager did fix the problem, however our company was charged for a "no show" $316.02 5 days later. Took 2 days,put on hold multiple times at 20-30 min at a time and bounced around between multiple representatives only to be hung up on. Actual hotel itself would never answer calls. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!
