I was here for a work conference. Have stayed here many times over the years. The recent remodel was a 10/10. The new rooms are awesome! The new “Top Golf” like facility was really cool. Everything was so good I would even entertain coming here on my own time and time!

I attend a conference once a year at the Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate. The hotel is close fo all Orlando amusement parks and has all the adult amenities you need, including a top golf course, exercise facility, spa, etc. What a number of people commented on, was the Quiet Time Sign they place on each floor when you get off the elevator. You rarely heard any noise in the hallways, so you could sleep and relax. There are enough casual restaurants also.

We are locals and occasionally go to the Omni for dinner and a night out. This was our second time having dinner at David's Club with Manny as our server. Our experience was top notch both times, and Manny made sure our evening was nothing short of perfect. David's Club offers great food and attentive service in a relaxing atmosphere! Be sure to request Manny!

Lovely staff but a bit dated property. Staff was very helpful and had great attitudes. Very knowledgeable as well. Regarding my room, the bed was very comfortable but it needed to be updated and the lighting improved. Same with the bathroom. The food at Zen was very good and the service was excellent. Food at David’s was ok and the menu at the pool bar could use more options. Gym has a solid amount of equipment options but it needs to be updated as well. It seems that the Omni is in the middle of an expansion and the newer rooms are supposed to be very nice. Looking forward to seeing their progress next year.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay! My highlights: Loyalty Ambassador, LAURA ROMAN was simply the most marvelous ambassador I have encountered with Omni. She was truly the best and made my stay a real treat! At Trevi's for dinner on my last night, server SAMMY "THE BULL" was beyond words with his stupendous service. He was my finest server in my three visits---hands down! Great job, SAMMY!!! Also worth mentioning, JOSUE, at the front desk, was very helpful with every request.
