There are no bad rooms at the hotel. 100% Ocean View Rooms. 100% of the time. Service was as good as it could be. The hotel will be saved for future travel for sure. The beach area is cleaned and groomed every night. Staff available 24/7. Covid-19 Test on site for all your travel needs.

The staff is very friendly, professional and very good service from Briana, Jorge, Jose, Luis, Magdaleno, David, and all Front Desk personnel. Ocean side drink and food service is very good and fast. The beach is clean and we enjoy it every day.

I loved the resort and the staff were truly great. The rooms were clean and very nice. It was a great view of the ocean from every room The pool and every area was clean and very nice. The staff took pride in their jobs and it was reflected in the way they dealt with the guest. I would like to call out certain employees that made the trip even more enjoyable. Daniel who served us a the pool he was always there to answer our questions and took special care of us. He truly loves his job and it was reflected in his service. The same can be said of Aldo who had a great personality and was a true fit for the entertainment at the pool. we had a blast talking to him. Last but not least was Carlos he was a true joy to talk to and he made us feel welcomed when we arrived. He answered and question we had and took care of anything we asked. Javier also helped us with making the stay a pleasure. Thank all of you for a great stay.

I cannot say enough great things about our time staying at the Grand Fiesta Americana, Puerto Vallarta. From the moment you walk into the resort you are met with a breathtaking view of the ocean and greeted by the staff with warm welcomes. The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond in everything they did and they were the ones who made our trip so memorable. Every staff member was outgoing, kind, respectful, and always made you feel welcomed and that you belonged. On top of that, they were genuinely interested in getting to know us personally throughout our stay. Each day we looked forward to hanging out by the pool and chatting with the employees, specifically, Aldo, Abraham, and Juan. Whether it was playing ping pong with them, learning how to improve our Spanish speaking skills, or playing various games around the pool, there was never a dull moment with those guys. They’re the best! I also want to give a shout out to Daniel, who was our waiter by the pool. He provided fantastic service and was an amazing individual. Each day he would give us 5 new words to say in Spanish for us to memorize and then he would test us on them later in the day. Within a few days he had taught us more than 20 words. I also want to give a shout out to Serelino, who was our waiter every day at the La Cervicheria restaurant for lunch. He provided great recommendations, took exceptional care of us, and was always willing to go out of his way to help us. I didn’t expect to develop such genuine relationships with these staff members at the Grand Fiesta Americana, but there’s not enough good things to say about them. We consider them friends now and they went above and beyond in everything they did. Overall, our experience at the resort was better than any other resort we’ve stayed at! My wife and I cannot wait to come back here. Thank you!!

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a grand suite ocean front and the views are awesome. David, Marvin, Dominique, Marco, and Sofia were amazing. Can’t wait to go back and visit.
