Punta Cana hard rock is a home away from home. The staff treat you like a family. The service is exceptional. The resort is huge a lot of open space to relax. We got an amazing butler MARIEL who guide us for 7 days stay. Plenty of pool and restaurant.

Hard Rock Punta Cana is a real winner! We went as a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. The beach is beautiful. The hotel Is well maintained and the food is very good. I thought Ipanema was better than Toro but people have different tastes. The staff at the resort were 5 stars! This is why we will choose to come back here instead of another tropical resort. Cookie at the coffee place is an angel. We had two “butlers” ( they really need to change the name and call them Concierge or ambassadors ) who were phenomenal. Charles and Cristobal went above and beyond for us multiple times a day. They made HRPC become the ritz Carlton. Their kindness and professionalism and thoughtfulness made our trip! It’s worth the extra money for this perk!

Resort is enormous. Even though they have golf carts to transport you around they are not on a regular schedule and you may have to wait 15-20 minutes. Good was very subpar for a high end resort. Upon arrival we were told we would have a concierge to give us all of the details about the resort. Turns out this was the sales pitch for the vacation club. Very nice and helpful up until the point you tell him you are not interested. The guy literally picked up his iPad and walked away without saying anything. Very low value for what you pay. Room was nice and certainly large enough.

We had a great time, it is a very big and beautiful place. We visited the restaurants, snacks, pools, bars, beach, water park and everything was spectacular. the people are friendly, (I recommend that if you go to the central pool you ask for wander at the snack, the guy is super nice and he treated us well as if we were kings turning wishes into reality thank you wander you are great we hope to see each other soon) thank you for the experience to everyone.

Amazing the pick up from airport , Greetings from butler and super easy checkin was appreciated. Room was fabulous and supplied with beverages and snacks. Rented a golf car made going around the resort super easy. Butlers Alexander Ogalis and Mariel Guilamo were amazing and so knowledgeable and attentive. Server Jaime at Member’s pool by Ipanema was great and deserved the tips we gave him. Great food and restaurants. Loved Ciao especially the noodle cart with Alfredo. Isla was perfect for breakfast.
