Visiting Tulum for the first time with my wife. Left the kids at home to enjoy the Mexican culture and warm weather. We were not disappointed as the people at the resort made every experience the best it could be. Although our first room had an issue, it was quickly resolved and we were moved to a nicer room. Special thanks to the kitchen staff, especially Francisco, the Executive Sous-Chef, that we met on our first evening at the Mexican restaurant, El Patio. He is so attentive to the guests and was especially generous to us by inviting us to any of the restaurants to appreciate a special lunch or dinner. On our last evening, the chef Humberto prepared a special Mexican meal that we thoroughly enjoyed! Thanks to Carlos and Victor our waiters and the countless staff that made every event as comfortable as possible. The Spa was amazing as well, the best massage we had every had! Thanks Dreams Tulum!

I can give this resort more than 10 stars. Every thing was perfect. They have professional staff. Resort and pool was very clean great location with restaurants and bars. We liked the nights show. This place is amazing. Highly recommended.

The staff in every capacity from servers to check in to entertainment staff were hard working and amazing . I give this resort 5 stars for service . However the food was terrible . The “specialty “ restaurants Bordeaux and the Japanese Hibachi restaurant were abysmal. The food was overcooked , dry , sauces like they were on the shelf 10 years and lack of staff made these dinners just terrible . ( not even staff’s fault ). I would never stay at another Dreams resort again unless there were many improvements in the quality and variety of food .

My wife and I decided for a quick 5-day trip the 17th through the 22nd. We usually go to adults only places but decided to take the chance. It paid off! Great people, first an foremost. Erick and Alex along with the rest of Entertainment Group were a blast, and the battenders were second to none. Second, the food, especially the sushi (yes, the sushi), was top-notch. Special shout out to the suchi chefs. Our room was impecable, as were those who cleaned daily. (I really wish I could remember all the workers' names we encountered. I'd mention all of them.) Beaches were good. It was a little rocky at one end, but only a couple of stubbed toes was the worst of it. Finally, the crowd there, including the few chidren, were a classy bunch (big thanks to the moms and dads). Oh, and yeah, the weather couldn't have been better.

Very beautiful resort. Love the layout of it. Great food and delicious drinks. Entertainment was excellent. Wish it wasn't so far from the Cancun Airport.
