The Ocean Coral & Turquesa currently has elevators that are temporarily out of service. At this time, there are eight elevators that guests can access in buildings 9, 11, 12 & 15. It is expected that the elevator repairs be completed by March 2018.
The hotel will conduct improvements that will take place at the Casa de Mar buffet restaurant starting on September 1 and is expected to be completed by November 15, 2017. During the renovation, the Villa Marina restaurant will be available for breakfast, lunch and dinner as a temporary buffet. All attempts will be made to minimize any impact to guests during this time.

We mostly hung put at the chill pool and enjoyed the activities and drinks there. A big thank you to our amazing bartenders Eduardo, Gustavo, Alejandro, Guillermo, Jesus, and Antonio for mixing some amazing drinks and showing us a really great time. Super friendly staff!
