This was the best trip! The hospitality from Juan at the front desk who was always so friendly and welcomed us with a warm smile every time , to the service at the pool, Renaldo and the service at our private suite pool Jose, they both were always very happy to adhere to our requests!! We explored multiple restaurants and took a personal day Spa service which pampered us beyond need! What can I say about the food and the restaurants and the wonderful curated cocktails by the main bar and the tequila bartender to the mouthwatering dishes at Asiana!! We wrapped up our 1 week honeymoon stay, with the best gourmet restaurant in the premises Chefs table’, the freshness of the seafood was out of this world! With the wonderfully crafted drinks’! All in all, a wonderful experience for couples to venture into, be it honeymoon or a vacation away from the bustling work life! The staff is always welcoming and happy to assist at any hour of the day or night!’

Me and my friend recently stayed at Hilton Playa Del Carmen for a week when i tell you all everything down to the T was perfect a huge shout out to the wonder servers we came across Lenin and Javier our servers from Spice and Kalamata chefs kiss the best duo to do it made us feel as if we were queens through the whole experience. Antonio our server from Maria Patrona such a wonderful person as well top notch service and to our favorite bartender from La Mejorada Alan made the BEST cocktails I’ve had in a while the best to do it in my opinion. Overall don’t hesitate to book your next experience at this resort to receive the best service all the way around thank you all so much!!!! Love Anna and Mya ??

I think was a good place to stay if you were looking for a more chill and casual experience. All the bars closed around 11:30pm, if not sooner. They played elevator music at the pool if that’s your thing. The night time entertainment was below average in my opinion. The lunch taco bar was good as well as the silent disco and pool foam party. Great if it’s what you’re looking for!

Overall, the staff are fantastic. I was especially impressed with Valeria, Francisco, and Luz in the Cafe, they are so awesome! There were so many super kind and attentive staff. The pools are gorgeous. They are too cold, and there is no hot tub without buying a spa pass. The rooms are lovely and you can totally control the temperature to your liking. They do a nice job, but I'm a germaphobe, so I have unreasonable standards, and think cleaning could be better, but I think the average person would be pretty happy. Bring a cleaning pod for the jacuzzi if you plan to use it though. Entertainment was nice, the acrobatics were phenomenal. Major note here is that the entire hotel seemed to only have like one Playlist in each area. I felt like I heard the same music all 5 days.

Incredible location, great service and traditional Mexican culture in very modern hotel. Very good food and drinks. Great staff and very clan! All you need during vacation! Out time well spent specifically walking daily to town and spending time with local friends.
