The yoga teacher is an incredible human. In a week, I participate in lots of his classes and I have seen improvement in my technical skills. I progressed more in this week than in the last 2 years. He is the definition of yoga and will impress you with the knowledge. I felt extremely lucky to have this person part of the crew resort, he changed my journey in this vacation just with this 90minutes every morning. So thank you very very much, hope you will have the chance to meet this exceptional human. Namaste.

Stayed at the hotel for our son’s wedding the rooms in the select adults only area are outdated and require upgrades i.e. decorating, usb connection, add draw/storage. The wedding day organised by hotel generally good but organisers on the day booked sick so the event didn’t flow as arranged. The hotel is large with extensive grounds with jungle and exotic animals in abundance very family oriented but swimming pools need to enlarged or more built. There is a very limited beach and access to sea very difficult even with beach shoes. I think the hotel needs to update its pictures and site plan to show limited beach access. Good restaurant choice but booking is subject to waiting until midnight and hope the restaurant and time you want is available. The main buffet restaurant needs replanning when busy the queue lines get mixed causing chaos. Cocktails readily available but find a good bar tender or you get something you didn’t ask for and ask for alcohol or you get very little A visit to the sister hotel shows how it could be updated. Would rate this hotel three stars would not take a lot to improve ratings in our opinion.

I went to the salon for my brother's wedding at sandos resort. I had such a wonderful experience margot made me feel super comfortable and made me look gorgeous. My appointment was at 10:00. I showed up a little earlier they took me right in and I finished earlier than expected. It was extremely pleasant.

Fabiola did an amazing job! She did exactly what I asked for and the results were perfect! She did my hair, make up and nails. We did a trial two days before and it worked out perfectly! She made me feel so comfortable and made me feel beautiful! Definitely recommend!

7to14 April /24 we are middle age couple who travel a lot. Invited part of a wedding group .we booked elite room one bedroom suite. And received adults only bracelet . Not black bracelet as advertised for that category. when asked why we were told unless you are a club member( time share ). You only get room in elite section not the perks. Buyer beware!! very old room .bed hard as rock (no joke) no fresh water .water dispenser only in room . Not sanitary!! Little cockroaches seen in room . Just be careful not to take them home . Adult pool was only clean water as far as pools go. Kids pools very cloudy water not clean . Food very poor . Buffet poor selection, food quality poor. Al la carte no better . If ur a foodie not the place for you . Not to mention waking at midnight to book dinner reservations is ridiculous . Not all staff friendly. Grounds and hotel need a lot of love very old run down looking . Lots of people !! not sure were monies going but sure not back in hotel ! Rated 4star on Website and app not accurate. 2star at best. Made the best of our week at Sandos caracol . Sunshine beautiful.
