Wow! Excellent, excellent, excellent service and dinner at Le Gourmet. We were completely blown away! Thank you, Riccardo! ????

Resort is beautiful and the staff are one of the best things about it. They are so helpful and friendly. We stayed in the adults only section. There were a couple of royal elite member’s areas we couldn’t access but it didn’t hinder our experience. The resort is massive though and like others have said it is a fair trek from the front lobby to the main buffet and beach area. For us it wasn’t so bad as we were in the adults area near everything. Room was decent it was a little outdated but it was clean and comfortable. Mini fridge, big walk in shower, comfortable beds. Air con could have been a little cooler for us but it was fine. Food and drinks were good and what you expect at an all inclusive. We didn’t really enjoy the steakhouse restaurant but that was just because we found the meat a little dry and smallish portion. The beach bar Blue Moon did a great pina colada. The nightly entertainment was fantastic they really put on a great show! The sports bar was fun to go dance in. The beach was fabulous. White sands and turquoise waters. We spent most of the time at the beach as it was a little hard to get pool seats at the adult area. There was shade at the beach with the palm trees but it was a little hard for us to find total shade as we burn easily. Probably not a problem for most though! We got massages at the spa and they were fantastic so relaxing. And we loved all the animals at the resort. The cats, monkeys, agouti and coati. Felt like we were in paradise.

Jared is the GOAT of the entertainment team. Never met a better entertainer and is the best at what he does, out of all the entertainers I’ve met he’s the one that stands out. He is the absolute GOAT (greatest of all time) of the resort and I’ll keep saying it. 10/10

The bartenders at avenue bar, Edgar and Miriam and lobby bar, Carlos, are excellent and friendly. We had great experiences for the past 9 years we have been coming. Very great atmosphere and they are always so friendly. They greet us with a smile and hug when we come in once we arrive to the resort.
