Location was great. There is a nice supermarket across the street. Not many places to see outside of the resort. We booked a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite. We were disappointed that we had no view of the ocean. You get a view of the pool and palm trees. Pool is nice. Ice water was available, sunblock and kids swim diapers. That was a nice touch. I agree with some of the previous reviews. The service was a little lacking considering it was their slow season. We were at the pool for 4 days and had to wave down people to order drinks and food. We definitely didn't witness any friendly service.

It’s all about service to me. When we go to breakfast the first smile we see is from Beatrice. She always has a warm welcome. And we absolutely adore her. We always get a chance to talk to Sam & Kimberly. Same thing , amazing workers amazing people!! Then we get to the beach... We love to sit with Daniel, who makes amazing coconut & pineapple drinks & is always so personable. We’re always well taken care of by Javin on the beach. Always knows when to come around and check up on us for refills on drinks, he has the perfect timing. And Charles, working so hard on the beach, always has an incredible smile on his face. And is so endearing!! We love him ! Devane is also great! What a sweet guy !! When we move over to the deck, we always have the pleasure of sitting with Evenson who is the bartender. What a great guy we, absolutely adore him as well… And have great conversations with Sandy one of the servers at the deck. We just love everyone here and feel extremely lucky to have met these people. They definitely have made our trip more enjoyable. Thank you seven stars, we will visit soon! Love , William & Jolene

We enjoyed our 4th stay at Seven Stars in September for my wife’s birthday. It is still our favorite beach vacation! Our welcome upon arrival was friendly and well-organized. Our room was ready for us early and we received a bottle of wine and fruit plate for my wife’s birthday. This was in addition to the delicious brownies they give you. The newly decorated room was a nice change. The loss of dresser drawers was a surprise, but we were still able to use the lesser drawer space in the closet. A softer mattress was waiting for us, as they already had our preferences in our profile from previous visits. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate. We were able to request a time for turn-down to be sure we were out of the room. One note about the room we were in this year (2603) is that the shower door and the bathroom door interfere with each other unless you latch the bathroom door closed. You can’t get in or out of the shower without holding back the open bathroom door. Really difficult to do from inside the shower while trying to open the shower door. We did report this to the front desk, so hopefully they moved the door stop to fix that situation. On the beach, Charles was there to set us up on the beach with a smile, as we had a group of 6-8 people every day. Lila is still the greatest beach server we have ever encountered anywhere! He always remembers our names, room number, the food and drinks we like and is overall a great guy! This year, we added the Caribbean Pizza to our favorite lunch choices on the beach. We took advantage of the complimentary short guided catamaran ride for the first time. Eric was our guide and he was very personable and fun to spend time with. They also provide, for a fee, sail lessons so you can take the Hobie cat out by yourself. The new adult-only pool is a wonderful addition! In the evenings, we enjoyed spending time at the Seven lounge. Thanks to Gil for his expert mixology skills! We also want to give a compliment to the woman at the Gourmet Market shop (Diane?) for her cheery demeanor and helpful assistance. Much different than the previous person who had been there for years. So, we have to be honest about the construction noise. Our room was in the middle building and we never heard construction inside the room. However, outside is a different story. Although there was no Sunday construction while we were there, it was noisy Monday thru Saturday for about 12 hours per day. The noise consisted of constant saw cutting of block, pounding, and occasional beeping. The noise could be heard from the pools, beach, and outside Seven Restaurant at breakfast. Therefore, we never ate breakfast outside. On the beach, it wasn’t as noticeable while we were talking in a group or listening to our bluetooth music, but when we wanted to close our eyes and relax it was very disturbing. We love Seven Stars. To us, it is paradise and we will always come back. Sadly, because of the construction noise, we will delay our return until construction is over. However, you will note that we still give Seven Stars a 5-star rating. This is because the construction noise is not the fault of Seven Stars and the staff does their best to provide a pleasant stay for their guests. I will not deduct for things beyond their control.

I hate to leave a bad review but unfortunately this vacation didn’t live up to our expectations. The construction next door was very intrusive and went on for many more hours of the day than advertised. There’s probably another 2 years of work to be done. It’s not only an eyesore but noisy! We don’t go on vacation to hear cranes and power tools not to mention construction workers screaming. It started at 630 am so don’t expect to sleep in on your vacation and it continued most nights until close to 7 pm, so covering all of prime pool hours. The so called quiet pool, the new adult only pool, is right next to the work being done. It’s great that they added this but it will be a while until it’s able to be fully enjoyed.

Just spent a week at Seven Seas Resort in Turks & Caicos. My wife and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. Amazing, fantastic are ways to describe this place. Sitting on Grace Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The resort is beautiful! Suites are beautifully decorated and spacious. The service is impeccable. This place is Disney on steroids! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The staff will set up your beach or pool chairs with resort logo branded towel covers over the lounge chairs plus beach towels. Fresh fruit kabobs passed out at 3:00 and smoothlies at 4:00. Bar service at the pool and beach. Turn down service includes lavender spray for your linens, cloth foot Matt on each side of bed and all dishes washed in dishwasher. All rooms have view of the ocean and all windows have full length remote control black out shades. Two tips: Currently until 2021, Ritz Carlton is building a resort next door. Be sure to specify that you do not want a room on that side unless you are ok with it. Also, there are first floor suites that have extra large patios. If you want a balcony, you need to indicate that when making your reservation. The Deck is a beachside outdoor restaurant and bar that has a great view of the beach. The adult pool has a deck next to the beach with lounge chairs. Great place to be by the pool and beach. Seven Restaurant on the resort is fantastic. Great service and food was exceptional. The daily included breakfast buffet with omelet station is unbelievable. This is not a continental breakfast. It is a full breakfast menu every day of the week. All in all our stay was amazing, the beach was beautiful, and the whole island was very proud of their home and super friendly. We plan to return!
