The rooms were clean, there was always a chair available by the pool or beach, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly and was able to answer any questions we had. Leo was great as well, always checking in with us and making sure we were enjoying our vacation. I would definitely recommend this resort and would come back in the future!

I cannot rave about this resort enough! We traveled with three couples and every single one of us had an amazing time. Miguel our butler was fantastic and made sure that our stay was absolutely perfect. He made sure to greet us when he was on shift and took care of all our needs. The food on the resort was quite good as we had heard there were shortages. However, they had a wonderful selection everyday and we did not go hungry. This resort has so much to offer, there were so many activities planned everyday which we enjoyed very much and the night shows were lots of fun. Most of the time we spent at the Royal Service pool just relaxing. To be honest we didn’t want to leave the pool area due to the AMAZING employees that were there. Vlad and Michael who worked at the pool made sure our spots were set up and would not let us lift a finger making sure we were cared or. A big thank you to Anna and Belkis who worked the bar. They were so attentive to all our needs and it was so wonderful to see their friendly smiles everyday, always so happy. I don’t think we’ve ever had such great service as we did from those hard working girls. They really went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable . If you’re planning a trip to Cuba this is the resort you need to book! We can’t wait to go back and enjoy paradise with some of the nicest staff we’ve ever met in our travels.

Brenda and Darrel were amazing !! They taught me how to dance and I have the best experience ! We danced until we couldn’t anymore and the music was really good as well. The weather was also amazing , they were spontaneous and very friendly with everyone

Day 2 and this is a wonderful, beautiful place! Clean, well organized, and the staff are all AMAZING! Just participated in a Canadian Day show with singing, dancing and great food. Ended with O Canada, so amazing!!! Can't wait to spend the rest of our get-away in this relaxed, welcoming resort. Would definitely recommend. ??

Amazing entertainment team, entertainment makes or breaks a place , Maryalis, Brenda, Daniel, Carlos, Luis , So much fun!! We would come back just for them!! Great resort, beautiful grounds, pool and grounds clean. Trip with 6 women, so much fun! Service was fantastic everywhere!
