Absolutely wonderful. My family and I have stayed at the Barbados Beach Club 3 times now and loved it every time. We were made to feel so welcome on arrival and everyone working there was kind and helpful. The food is a delicious buffet with plenty to suit all and an option to sit in the dining room or dine outside by pool, both of which we enjoyed. Our room was great and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This hotel is excellent value for money and the staff work extremely hard to make you feel at home and welcome. The beach is perfectly located right at the front of the grounds and is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, it’s lovely. We have always enjoyed the entertainment provided; particularly some excellent singers and musicians. In all, I can’t fault the place and we will be back for sure. I highly recommend for a family friendly all inclusive hotel in the Caribbean that is good value for money.

Dated hotel but substantial stay. The views of the beach was idyllic and a grest location. The staff on the whole were friendly especially the Reception staff, bar staff and housekeeping. The older, taller housekeeper who tended our room was very professional. Some of the younger housekeepers could benefit from some mentoring from her. I pride myself on professionalism no matter how many stars is given to a hotel. The restaurant matriarch's would benefit from social communication, upskilling their management lead and etiquette skills. This would better improve the younger, less experienced members staff. The birds wasn't the problem in the main restaurant, it was how quickly staff responded to ensure food hygiene and cleanliness was upheld throughout the service. This includes clearing the empty plates and spot checking the food is covered properly especially the serving equipments. I hope this is helpful to the establishment.

The hotel itself is clean, albeit very dated, locatin was perfect, however the staff desparately let it down. When queing for food cooked on the grill, my order was taken and i had to add it that isnt too much trouble as the woman who took my order barely even acknowledged that i was there , not freindly at all, most of the staff need a good customer service lesson. I did not expect 5* service but a smile an acknwledgement would not go a miss. Only 1 bar staff so large ques regularly and the towel man for the beach gave you a towel, we had to get out own loungers from the large piles on the side of the beach which if i were a lady on my own were heavy. There was just no customer service we were treated like we were an incovenience. The pool, i would not even consider going it looked dirty! The location however could not be beaten, its just a shame that mostly the staff let this place down , the rest eg dated decor could be forgiven,

Would not recommend this hotel. Room size good but that was about it. Bath mat mouldy, toilet rim disgusting room floor dirty, bathroom handle falling off. staff rude did not smile or interact with you.. beach guy not helpful daughter asked for 4 sun beds and 2 umbrellas to be told there is the stack help yourself and just rammed 2 umbrellas in the sand and walked away. left a room sign on door they came in removed the sign changed the towels and left eeverything else. had to ask for an extra cover for the bed waited until next day and had to ask again. The air con kept stopping during the night. did not clear glasses etc at night so woke up to the mess everyday. influx of sea weed all other hotels cleared their beach not ours just left smelling and with a nasty haze in the sun.

e went on a 2 week cruise and stay with Tui, the cruise was fine and we transferred to the Barbados Beach Club for our 2nd week. Hotel was a bit tired but not terrible and we had a great room by the pool, food was very good, only one barman on duty at the one bar all night, staff were a bit miserable and almost rude, but hotel had a great location right on the beach. But this is why the hotel gets a poor score, if you want towels they take a deposit on your card, they assure you nothing will be taken from your account as long as towels are handed back in, we handed our back in only to find when we got home that they had taken the money, dispite two Emails I have had no reply. So watch out their are thieves about
