This was our second time at Majestic Elegance and it keeps getting better and better. The resort is stunning and well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly. The food is definitely above average for something you would expect from an all inclusive - our favorites were the Bistro, the Mexican restaurant (special shout out to the manager Alejandro and our fabulous waiter Luis) and the sushi restaurant which was such an amazing dinner, chef Augustine made us special rolls and was so kind as well as the manager Alejandro who despite being a Pittsburgh Steelers fan was absolutely incredible and so so friendly. We were assigned a butler Felipe who was amazing and attentive. He made sure we had reservations, made a bubble bath for us, had surprises waiting in our room, and hooked us up with a complementary spa pass. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway this is a perfect spot. We can’t wait for our next visit!

The resort property itself is very nice with a lot to offer in a more intimate size resort as opposed to some of the larger all inclusives I’ve stayed at. Positives, security is visible and taken seriously, grounds well maintained and clean, rooms spacious with views of both the beach and resort, good amount of amenities on property from bars, restaurants, excursions, fitness center & spa. Food is plentiful without being overwhelming trying to do too much and staff always prepared with care and pride. Most everyone on staff from guest services to bartenders were friendly and appreciated you as a guest. My favorite part of our stay was the Blossom Spa. Probably the most memorable spa experience I’ve had both for the exceptional massage received to the hydro therapy bonus for your senses. The spa was the total package and worth the extra paid. Negatives, oddly came from management and front desk staff. My basic hospitality requests of cleaning and fresh towels for our room went ignored twice until I finally stopped the housekeeper myself in the hallway and made my requests directly. Simply trying to take a small plate of food from the buffet to anywhere else other than the restaurant is a MAJOR no no. I found that out in a rather insulting manor. The lack of communication of the resorts activities was rather off putting from management who could not be bothered to make the days activities visible for their guests to see unless glued to their mobile app on property. Maybe I’m trying to disconnect from my phone while I’m on vacation?! Novel idea and common for most, don’t you think?!! Management appeared to be “checking the box” for the day without any real regard for your enjoyment while being their guest. I felt more like an irritant for simply asking basic questions any guest would make. Take my advice and be sure to stay at the “club level.” Management seemed much more concerned for the needs of the guests with the black bracelets than those without. Since our 17 year old teenage daughter didn’t make their 18 and over requirement we were given the gray bracelets. Not as appealing perhaps even though I paid plenty for our ocean front 1 bedroom suite.

My children aged 4 and 6 really enjoyed the kids club with Diana, Gio and Alondra, who organised varied activities throughout the week. They have so much energy and are so lovely. Thank you ladies. A beautiful hotel but the bed and pillows were a bit too soft for me. We enjoyed the various restaurants too. Nice and clean, and accommodating to us as vegetarians. Sebastian was exceptional with his knowledge and reassured us with regards to all foods.

This place was everything i wanted and more. The people are so friendly and fun. Our room and amenities were awesome. The staff was above one of the things that made this vacation memorable. Karina was one of the most energetic and fun persons here. She really made everyone feel welcome and made sitting by the pool such a great time. Bar tenders Martin Martínez by our room and Victor in the tiki hut. Unbelievable people. Fun and knowledgeable made us go back many times just because they were there. And Angel helped out so much with things it made our vacation so much easier. I recommend this resort to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy their trip. I rate it 10/10. Thank you

Hugo and Estrella were so fun at the pool! Loved playing games with them. They made the cloudy weather more fun! Highly reccomend. It was a great time and we would come back to play with them, we had such a good time while we were there! Seriously the best time.
