Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Cancun

We stay 11 days in this resort and we love this!!!Awesome resort,very good food,coffe was perfect at Full Coffee,the personal is very serviabil everywere you go!!Alessandra and Oscar give as good drinks,thanks again!!!Recomanded this resort!!!

Good food Martin is even better! Attentive and did everything he could to provide our family a great eating experience. Got to give Martin props as he went out of his way to cater to our kids picky pallet. Well done Martin!

Ok so our trip was from feb 2 until the 8th. We booked the very last minute while looking we never knew there was Planet Hollywood Cancun. Pictures were absolutely beautiful and and the hotel looked just like them when we arrived. The hotel opened about a week before we got there. So there were baby issues but Vanessa the manager was very quick at getting them fixed. The staff was beyond amazing! Rogelio was the pool bartender/waiter and he did an outstanding job everyday we were there. If he didn't have an answer he was quick to find it. Our drinks were never low. I like the fact that this hotel has the option to separate the kids from adults and they offer Hookahs. Rogelio should be promoted to supervisor or manager better yet give him a raise. Mamacita I can't remember her name but that is what they call her. She is super amazing I just love her. She knows how to keep the party going she needs to be promoted as well. She never forgot my fiancé or my name and everyday made sure we joined in on whatever activities they had going on for us. Last but not least Stephanie was another amazing worker. She went above and beyond to make sure we needed nothing. All the staff was amazing but these three stood out the most and need to be on the front line. They are the faces of Cancun Planet Hollywood and when I come back I hope to see they have higher positions they really deserve it. We really enjoyed my fiancé 30th birthday at the new Planet Hollywood. It was like leaving family when we left and miss them already. You will enjoy if your going now just be patient they are still working out little kinks.

Very new hotel. They didn't work out all the kinks yet. Some buildings are still being finished. We had a bit of an issue at first, but Brandon, at the customer service desk, was so understanding and he immediately took the initiative and helped us fix the problem. He basically saved our vacation. Thank you Brandon! Also - excellent steakhouse restaurant. The beach is wonderful! Much better than most resorts we've been to.

Martin was our server tonight. He did an amazing job. Above and beyond! Thanks for making our family dinner night a great evening! We will be back again soon and highly recommend your service. Thank you!
