Outstanding customer service

We just got here. Hotel is beautiful. More importantly, they get customer service. Wanted to plug in my HDMI but the HDMI input was hidden. Customer Service said access would require taking the TV off the wall. Without hesitation they called a maintenance person to our room. 5 minutes later, Rick was there. Very polite, very friendly. Pulled the heavy TV off the wall and hdmi was plugged in. Sometimes it’s the little things that are important. The Westin gets it.

Had a great family stay with two older teens. I travel often for work as well and this is a nice Westin to stay for business or vacation. We had a two bed suite which has great views and a good size screened in balcony. Very clean room and service is great. The hotel had complimentary dolphin sight seeing for Bonvoy members leaving right from their own dock! Had a great time and highly recommend

Another excellent stay! Spent the Holidays at the Westin for a second year in a row and had a great experience. Spacious suites are perfect for families and there are numerous great restaurants and shops in the Marina Village adjacent to the hotel. Appreciated the grab and go coffee shop operated out of the restaurant/ bar during the morning. Multiple pools and fun outdoor activities such as complementary bike rentals and the daily dolphin cruises were great fun as well. Looking forward to returning next year!

Can't say enough about this wonderful resort - excellent customer service, immaculate rooms, super comfortable beds, and delicious dining options. You want to stay here!!!! We enjoyed both gym areas and both pools - such gorgeous landscaping. Borrow the bikes to take a ride around town and chill out.

Had a lovely long weekend stay! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed, and we didn’t arrive until after midnight but the front desk staff was very responsive when I used the Marriott Bonvoy app to text them and notify of our late arrival. Our 1-bedroom suite was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable for our needs. We have rave reviews for Joe the bartender at Marker 92 who made delicious drinks and was extremely personable. Every staff member we encountered from the bell stand to housekeeping was top notch. Thank you Westin Cape Coral for making our long weekend vacation one to remember! Highly recommend!
