We have an amazing trip All staff was excellent & very friendly All my days at the resort was very good , they help us to booked our dinners & refer great places to visit definitely was an excellent experience, mahalo & Aloha are our new words that we learned, thanks for an excellent hospitality.

Everything was great, very clean property, food was wonderful, staff were awesome very attentive to guests with great hospitality. Karen in Housekeeping was AWESOME! Kudos and Great Job Karen !! This is a great location, right on the beach and in the middle of everything you might want to do in Waikiki. Love the Plantation Tea!!

I stayed for my 50th birthday on spring break & had a fabulous time! I did a lot of research on the Outrigger hotels & I’m glad we stayed at this one on the beach. We were able to check in early which was a relief. We were very happy with the size of our room & beds & my favorite was sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean…it’s worth the xtra $$! Dukes & Hulas were delicious & live music was fun! Difficult to find a lounge chair by the pool but I liked the beach towels & water & sunscreen dispensers were very convenient. We wish they had a hot tub as it got very cool in the evening. We will definitely stay again ??

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 10 years. Sadly this will be our last. The staff as always are wonderful, so friendly, always smiling. The rooms are starting to look tired, the food in both Dukes and Hula Grill not up to the standard they used to be. Even the buffet is more limited, if we wanted a juice we had to pay for it. I can understand if this was fresh squeezed but it was for any juice. The pancakes instead of being fluffy were gluey. Food in buffet was warm but not hot , at least all the types we tried. The icing on the cake was the noise from a party in the side lane coming into our room still going at 2am. I would have hoped for more soundproofing by now.

We stay at the outrigger waikiki beach. The room was a good size right next to the lift( 1635 ) so was easy access to the hula grill and dukes which were both great places to eat and drink the staff at both places were great (Brooke was lovely she remember us every time and a few other girls did two ) great access to the beach and pool .
