This was our first stay in Ixtapa,the PRoyal was a good choice,what made it good,the people who work there are by far the main asset of the place,all willing to go above and beyond to make us feel at home,we met many returnee’s which says a lot,we enjoyed the awesome beach,the pool with many activities,the food was better than other places we’ve been to in Mexico,catering to Nationals and NOTB travellers,a 10 min. walk from the PRoyal is an area with many restaurants and shops,notables,Generals Sports Bar owned by a Canadian with hockey games on big screens every night and Franks Sports Bar,great pizza and entertainment nightly (watched the Super Bowl there in Feb.)we enjoyed it so much we will be returning in Feb.2025,just before the Super Bowl hopefully with the Bills in it.

I really had a great time. The staff was awesome! The restaurants were excellent and Jorge Hugo as well as Jose handled every request. We love the service of the people, The restaurant's of my goo,the bars great service , wilm be back to lxtapa our second home

Very relaxing experience! The rooms were well furnished and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind :). The food was also very delicious and they had many different choices for everyone! Check out the pools and the beach while you’re here, they are amazing to go to and you’ll never have an empty cup for drinks ??????

We’re a family of seven and had a wonderful time. The restaurants were great! The food was amazing! The service people were kind and accommodating! Very clean ten stars!!The pool was great! The service was above and beyond! Great concierge Service ! We couldn’t be more happier hope to visit here again, another year!

My friend and I enjoyed our trip using my RHC credits, This was a very good experience because the Royal Holiday Club representatives were exceptional, there were 3 that stood out and met every need we encountered. From our daily hug and smiles if was a very positive trip. One thing that would have been helpful would be a letter or pamphlet with members options they may have during their time of vacationing. Beautiful and clean surroundings. Would have been nice to be able to have a designated area for members on the beach being they should get a little priority instead of wondering if you are going to get one each day. One other thing that would have been nice was to have more than 1 channel that was in English.Yes I will definitely be going back to this destination.
