We booked through Airbnb and stayed here for 5 nights. It is a great resort with great facilities. The balcony was very spacious and we had a great view of the pool and ocean, and the resort door (view of the hall way so their view was not of our condo). We stayed on the second floor and enjoyed sun for most the day. Great lay out, furnishings and air conditioning! We had a washer and dryer in our condo, don't know if that is standard in all the rooms or not. Friendly reception. Did not eat at the resort restaurant. Would happily stay here again.

The reviews for here are mixed, and we think it might have to do with which room you have. We had room 1109. Staff was friendly and helpful. The first morning of your stay you can book attractions at a cheaper rate - go to the meeting. I Chlorox wiped the place when we got there (coronavirus precaution) and my wipes did not get dark and dirty - meaning they did a good job of cleaning. Room had a lot of things we needed such as beach towels, dishes, cutlery, cookware, kettle, glassware etc. Lots of dishwasher tabs provided but only 1 laundry detergent so bring some of your favourite with you. The kitchen and bathroom must have been renovated recently - kitchen fridge still had the protective wrapping on it. Nice layout. Didn’t hear any noises from our neighbours. Found 1 beetle in the bathroom but other than that no other bugs were seen. Great view of the beach (soooo many whales!). Small issues = Toaster didn't work, it’s hard to close the door of the laundry machine, and the sofa bed is due for replacement. Beach in front has eroded but there is a nice one walking distance away (where the Sands resort is). Places to get food and other items are across the street. We were comfortable with our room and the location and would definitely stay again.

    Amazing ocean views

Like most places on Maui, the Bldg is older, but still in good shape. Everything was clean and the furniture was updated and comfortable. Suites have everything you need including a full kitchen. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made our trip even better by going the extra mile to make sure we were happy. We had one small issue with A/C in the bedrooms not working and it was resolved promptly. The A/C in the rest of the suite worked well the whole stay. (Although it could not be set below 72) We thought this would be an issue because we come from a cold climate, but it was cool enough that we were comfortable the whole trip. We stayed in an ocean front room on the 7th floor and the views were spectacular. I’ve never seen so many whales. If you happen to go during whale season, you are sure to see a lot of activity in a short period of time. Parking is fairly easy and they also had a nice pool area.

We had a wonderful time in a studio on the 5th floor ocean view. The studio was clean, updated and perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might have needed and i loved having a washer dryer! We did have AC but never really needed it.

Our second time here and was as great as last time. 4th floor instead of ground floor was sweet because the patio door was open the full 2 weeks....the sound of the waves never gets old. We were in 119 last time and loved it but had to close patio door when sleeping and when out. Both units were fresh and renovated and the studio layout was perfect for a couple whose priorities were to jump in the jeep and see as much of Maui as we could cram into 2 wks. Washer/dryer were convenient and kitchen was great for cooking and keeping clean. Could easily have stayed a month and not feel claustrophobic. I read some of the poor reviews and wonder if there is a dump down the beach under the same name because we haven't had a bad experience in 2 visits. Bang for the buck it's great and we actually searched it out when booking on hotwire this time. We even love being away from the crowds down the road and groceries at napili market to the north or many choices to the south in lahaina are easy to be had. Mahalo for another great stay and to the great staff at the front desk.
