We were looking for a nice getaway, but didn’t want to drive too far from Vancouver. Found a little piece of paradise in the beautiful, resort-like Delta Grand. As soon as we entered their bright, open atrium, we instantly felt in the holiday mode. The check in was a breeze, and the front desk receptionist, Loveleen, gave us some different options for our stay. She had their cheerful guest services person, Gayla, who has worked for the hotel for years and knows all the ins and outs of it, show us several rooms. We settled into a lovely, corner unit in the North Tower. The hotel also has a great onsite restaurant, OAK + CRU, with a stunning lakefront patio. We enjoyed a late lunch while admiring the view and basking in the sunshine. Our server was Brie, who was very cheerful and friendly. The Delta Grand is in a great location, right on the beachfront walkway. Unfortunately, I took a tumble, when walking back to hotel, but was well cared for when we informed the front desk staff. Shout out to Fredrick and Nicholas who provided ice, and patiently tended to me. Although the fall didn’t happen on the hotel’s property, the GM Tara, and duty manager Nicholas, made sure the rest of our stay was as comfortable as possible. The level of care and professionalism exhibited by all the staff we met was incredible. The last night of our stay we enjoyed another delicious meal on their patio and had the pleasure of meeting two more of the outstanding restaurant staff, Monique and Parker. All the food we tried was tasty, but the tenderloin was exceptional, and tender enough to be cut without a steak knife; very aptly named! Would highly recommend making sure you have a meal at the OAK + CRU, while staying here. All and all, even with the mishap of falling, this was an awesome stay and fantastic hotel. Will definitely come back again, next time we need a little get away, right in our own province. Thank you Tara, and all your wonderful staff, for such a great stay!

What a gift-giving employee this hotel has under its' wings ! Just made our 1st trip to Canada with our 1st stay in Kelowna pulsate like a heartbeat ! Someone make him a Marriott Mascot under The Delta name , please and thank you . Quite frankly, me and my wife left self-shocked to the core how friendly, how courteous he is and was with a no nonsense respect and dignity inside professional mannerisms . Royally Treated by him as we felt , was the best guide to look up to for restaurant recommendations and boy oh boy , did he not disappoint . From Oak and Cru (his first choice) to local walking-distant ones of Momo Sushi to Kelly O's to Craft to La Vela and Antico to D-Spot - the choices and menus fulfilled . PJ is the face to forever be remembered , never forgotten in our hearts, in our souls for a gentleman of gentlemen

I am trying to book a room for February 2024. I have a pet and can't believe you guys charge a 100$ for a pet even if it's one night. This is disgusting. I understand as a deposit Incase there is any damage but an automatic 100$ for cleaning? I have never seen this type of fee at any hotel ever.

I came here just after a heavy snowfall and delays with airlines. I was delighted to have a hassle-free check-in and easy access to my room. I ordered room service from the Oak and Cru on-site restaurant and called it a night. Easy! It's been many years since I first stayed here, and I was happy to see the facility has been maintained over the years. I found the layout of the bathrooms a little unusual, with a window facing directly down to the entrance parking lot and I had to fuss to get the blind to extend low enough to ensure privacy. I never did get it quite right and acted accordingly.

Spent just one night here. The hotel was decent, conveniently close to the water and rolling hills. A complimentary casino game was a nice touch. While the on-site restaurant fell a bit short, the excellent service more than compensated. The view from my room was particularly enjoyable.
