Stayed with a friend for a girls weekend. We booked a double queen suite with balcony overlooking the fountain. Beautiful room (could use more light), really comfortable room, though my bed sagged badly on one edge, enough so I kept rolling to that edge. Not enough towels in the beautiful bathroom. Spacious shower with excellent amenities. Good closets (could use more hangars) and a mini fridge which is a great amenity. Could not enjoy the balcony as much, since many others were out smoking on their balconies. Booking spa treatments was problematic--when you call the number for the spa--you get the main desk, which shouts the standard line about "this is a recorded line" over and over--no music--just the really loud announcement. I finally got someone on the phone--he connected me to the spa--where no one picked up the phone--and the guy back at the main number (more loud announcements) said "yeah, they don't answer the phone in the late afternoon, since they're busy with face to face guests--you might have to walk to the spa to book in person". Really???? And then the spa person finally picked up the second time and was really helpful--except for the part where he didn't tell us to get there 45 min early, so we missed part of our massages. And then my friend asked about having packages sent to the hotel -- and they said "yeh sure", but didn't say it was $10 per package fee. She'd have done something else for $20 in fees. So beautiful hotel, lovely in person service--little communication glitches, and a mattress in one room at least that needs updating. Not the level of hotel for $300 per night.

I have stayed twice at the Cosmo and it never disappoints. I managed to get an upgraded room which over looked the strip and had its own Jacuzzi/bath and balcony. The hotel itself is in a good location for strip and shops. The bars and restaurants are also top end.

We travelled with friends for 5 nights, staying in a fountain view suite with a terrace. I usually enjoy writing my reviews after getting home but this one troubled me greatly. I'm struggling to find the words to express how wonderful it was,to be a resident at this amazing hotel. It was simply wonderful. We have nothing to complain about, absolutely nothing. Our taxi from the airport alighted us in the most glamourous taxi rank ever, crystal chandeliers and a glossy floor isn't the norm. Check in was simple enough, we had details of the dreaded resort fees and took one of the 18 lifts to floor 25 in the Chelsea Tower. Room 2511 was a suite with a terrace overlooking the Bellagio fountains. First impressions were glowing, large and spacious, exceptional cleanliness and a very luxurious feel. Nothing to disappoint initially or during our stay. The bed was large and very comfortable, the furniture in the lounge area similar. Bathroom, very large and spacious again, beautiful fittings and a fantastic shower and whirlpool bath. Plenty of storage and hanging space, free safe and we watched both of the very large tv's depending where we relaxed. The wifi is part of the resort fee and it worked well for us. Breakfast every morning on the balcony watching the fountains and seeing the sunshine peeping over the Eiffel tower. The nearest café is on the ground floor in the casino, great food and beverages to take away. Outside the room, again the luxury feel is everywhere, fantastic detailing all over. Definitely spend a few hours by the pool on the 14th floor ( only in Las Vegas would you have a swimming pool on the 14th floor) . The Chandelier bar is just a fabulous place to spend some time, the vast casino, shops and public areas populated with great art are definitely worth exploring. We had food in the Wicked Spoon once and it was excellent. Along with our friends, we can't be more complimentary about the staff, the surroundings and the whole Cosmopolitan experience.

My husband and I came here from the 12-15th. Everything from check in to check out was amazing. Marcy at the front desk really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay after our airline forgot our baggage. We were in room 5729 and it was amazing. Views of the fountain and a jacuzzi tub. Service at the casino was efficient and quick and we always had a drink in hand. Food at the block was excellent and we look forward to going back and trying other options.

A quick weekend getaway at a fun and centrally located hotel. The front desk was always busy but staff were attentive and helpful. Room was huge and surprisingly quiet. Having restaurants and other eateries oh property was a huge plus.
