Horrible experience. Highly do not recommend anyone staying here.

If you care at all about your car and personal belongings I highly recommend you DONT stay at the Cosmopolitan Casino. My $5500 Electric bikes were stolen off the back of my car while parked in the Casino parking garage. Someone came in the night and cut my locks and bent the frame locks over the bikes. The Cosmo offered no help whatsoever. Horrible customer service. Didn't offer any compensation at all. They filed a claim through their insurance and denied the claim due to the tiny sign on a pillar that says "we are not responsible for theft". How can you spend so much money at a classy casino and not feel safe parking in their garage?? Absolutely horrible experience and ruined our trip. Over a month later Metro PD was able to catch the suspect selling my bikes online. I now have to appear in court. I called the Cosmo to ask if they could credit me a room for the trouble of having to drive all the way back from San Diego to deal with this issue that shouldn't have happened in the first place.. They said no sorry.. we can't do that. Are you serious? Should be the least they could do for a customer that had to go through this experience. I will never stay at the Cosmo again nor will I recommend anyone to!
Valentine’s Day in Las Vegas!

My wife and I wanted to get away from the snow and decided to head to Las Vegas for Valentine’s Day. We had an awesome time. This was our first time at this hotel and we can’t wait to be back, we even scored a free upgrade to a fountain view room.
COSMO not what it once was.

It all started when we checked in. It took nearly 1 hour of standing in line to check in. The person that was directing traffic to an open check in desk was less than friendly. The next thing that you need to be aware of, IF YOU LOVE THE SMELL OF WEED THIS IS YOUR PLACE! The stink of weed is everywhere, the hallways, the bars, the casino floor. When we got to our room there was a strange funky smell. When we were in our room we had to leave the sliding glass door open to help with the smell. I was gambling one night and the dealer did not have a name tag on like all the other dealers. I asked his name and he started complaining about the company that cleans their uniforms lost his name tag and that the Cosmo wants to charge him $10 for a new name tag that he never lost and how after he has made the Cosmo millions of dollars over the years he refused to pay the $10. We left a little bag of garbage on top of an ash tray/garbage can by the elevator on our floor that was still there 24 hrs later. Did I mention the WEED smell? Once again it is everywhere in the Cosmo. Upon check out, another nearly 1 hour wait and another terrible person directing traffic. When I got to check out counter there was no "how was your stay" or "how was your room" or even "thanks for staying with us" We have stayed at the Cosmo several time over the years and we will not be back. We did have 2 great meals at Scarpetta and STK. The food and service was top notch.
Falling Out of Love

It’s like Carrie Bradshaw breaking up with NYC. The first time I visited the Cosmo a couple of years ago I was in love and couldn’t wait to come back. When my friend’s said lets escape the COVID blues and head to LAS I knew the place to recommend. This time instead of the Cosmo I loved we were greeted in the hotel lobby with the stench of sewer and and a rude “usher” Yolanda in the check in line. My friends began to walk up to an available reception counter when Yolanda rudely asked them “Did someone call you up, No!” Luckily we got to encounter the hospitality of Marcy next who got us checked in a great price on an upgrade and off to the room we went. Where again it was not the place I bragged to my friends about. They were not impressed. Some things were showing deterioration, the upgraded view of the fountains I paid for was of the freeway when seated on the sofa and beds in the suite. I wasted the money on that upgrade to Terrace Suite. Tip last time I had a 2 queens fountain view and was able to go to sleep to that view and actually see the view in your hotel room. Lastly, we entered into the lobby entrance at least 12 times and were greeted by the employees once. I’ve never stayed at a “5” star resort and at the very minimal be treated like a guest. I hope the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I knew and loved returns someday soon especially with the Conrad coming soon to Vegas to compete.
Great One Night Stay

We had a great time staying at the cosmopolitan! Def my fave Vegas hotel. The rooms are so nice and spacious, we had a wonderful time. We stayed in the one bedroom, and it was gorgeous. The decor was great, it was nice to have the terrace, it was so spacious and the Japanese bath tub was so cool. We only stayed one night, but I wish we would’ve stayed longer. Aileen and Terrell treated us so well, they definitely took care of us. They were so sweet and accommodating, I have zero complaints. The convenience of the cosmo are perfect. They have a ton of restaurants, the casino is so lively and it’s located in the center of the strip. AND it’s a Marriott property, so you can earn points when you book directly with them. It was great, I’ll definitely be staying there again!
