Truly one of the finest hotels I have even been at.

This hotel far exceeded any expectations I had. The hotel itself is stunning and extraordinarily well kept. It is visually very pleasing. The staff was probably the finest and most professional of any hotel I have ever been to, and I have traveled all over the world. We booked a room with a terrace overlooking the incredible Bellagio fountain, and that was a treat that we will remember forever. This hotel and its staff truly aim to please, and they really deliver. Highly highly recommended.

Don’t think I’d stay anywhere else in Vegas..

First time in Vegas. Won’t be the last & we will definitely stay here when we return. I did a LOT of research before booking this break & the Cosmo ticked a lot of boxes for us, and even after walking around Vegas for 5 days and seeing all the other amazing places we could have stayed - I’m glad we chose here. The fountain view room we stayed in was stunning and having a balcony that overlooked the Bellagio fountains and the strip was incredible. Being able to sit here, have a drink and watch unobstructed Vegas go by was fascinating! The hotel was in a perfect, central location and had everything you could possibly want, need and expect and even then some. Looking forward to our next visit and it will be, without a doubt, back at the Cosmopolitan!

    Dog Visits Casino

We booked this hotel because we were road tripping with our dog and it seemed to be the only one on the strip that welcomes dogs. And welcome they did, allowing him to walk through the casino and bringing him a whole box of dog treats and supplies. We got a free room upgrade and had a beautiful large suite with balcony and view of the strip. I felt very safe with the Covid modifications they had made. We enjoyed the restaurants and friendly crowd. Yes, it did seem to cater to a younger crowd, but unlike in a few other reviews, I found no problem with noise, cannabis odor nor drunkenness. The staff were friendly and helpful, and weren’t put off at all by the large size of our dog. We and he had a great time!

Stayed on the 56th Floor Wraparound Fountain View room for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. A+++++ The room was huge... Larger than most homes. 2 Bathrooms. Even had a doorbell!!! Would highly recommend to Friends and Family.

Rude customer service and dirty smell.

EXTRA EXTRA:: I went with my husband for MY first time, not his, to celebrate my birthday along with 2 other couples: fri. Night, 08/28 on our way back in through the bridge connecting Aria to The Cosmo, i noticed a security guard walking along the wall in the same direction as us, didnt think much of it, shortly after he snaps his fingers towards us, and then gestures to my friend to out his face nask up, granted its done for obvious reasons. Hiwever my friend had his hands full and honestly forgot to slip it back up. Point is i asked the security guard, BILLY, to not snap his fingers at us and to use his words next time since we are not dogs and are not paying to be treated like one. He rudely snapped his fingers again at me looked at me straight in the eye as if challenging me, i told him that is really unprofessional and that i was going to report him, he said ho ahead. I tried to report him. I could not find anybody useful enough that could tell me or take my complaint down. All i got from the only3 other hotel workers i was able to spot was "oh you can go to the cage", "you can go down to the first floor", and "oh im sorry that happened but i hope you enjoy the rest of your stay". Like no!! We did not pay that much to be treated like dogs and not be able to get any assistance and to receive extremly vague answers. Also, when asking where a specific restaurant or store is, we would receive vague answers as well like "oh its up the elevator" or "oh yes in that direction". Ok, people we are asking because we cant find it after walking around for quite some time, be more usefull and specific. And the place smelt as when you mop with a dirty mop that has food on it. Smelt like that friday night when we got there, sunday morning while eating breakfast at the food court, in the lobby, saturday night and even when we checked out sunday at 12. Not staying here again. Would rather stay somewhere else and walk in just for the chandlier bar which has amazing customer service and delicious drinks. And even then maybe not if im not in the mood for a stinky smell, whiever is anyway. Only good thing is the restaurants seem to be seperate from hotel workers and inside the restaurant itself smelt delicious. But you dont need to stay in the hotel to walk in to eat there.
