For the price I paid to stay here I expected almost flawless service which wasn’t case. Ice machines both did not work the whole time we were there. Room wasn’t cleaned daily. You can’t use the fridge because it’s stocked with purchase items and if you move one your charged. Digital key had problems working pool was great room service food wasn’t good but restaurants were great overall I would not stay here again due to the price and service

We used the pool and it was great! Had a Cabana, and the service was great, pool was a bit chilly but all good once your in. You have to do lots of walking but there is lots to look at. Weather is beautiful! The wave pool wasn’t as good as I expected but it’s all good tour there to have a good time and enjoy the weather and pools.

Great weekend away. The pool is our kids favorite and for everything it has to offer down there we thought the prices were fair.

I would recommend this resort to anyone. I will be returning for another stay. The accommodations were top notch, from limo services to the excellent restaurants and accommodations throughout.

Booked for a last minute trip for my bday and was the first time I stayed here. Was not disappointed and would definitely recommend. Very nice hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Have the Mandalay beach in the back. So many amenities. Tram is conveniently on property and saves you a few steps getting to the Luxor or Excalibur
