    Westayed again at the Westin Princeville. I travelled with my wofe and froends who had not been before. From arrival to departure we oved it. Servcie as always was fantatsic and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are perfect to share with friends and the ability to have use of teh BBQ faciliies is always a high light. Choice of polls a;lways means there is room to swim and a lounge available. We will be back

    We have been coming to this resort for quite a few years. It is beautiful and in the past we have always had a magical stay. This year we noticed a definite decline in attention to detail and the quality of service and attitude of some of the staff. Overall, the service was very good but we observed an experienced too many exceptions to not take notice. We love this property and hope that things will go back to the state of excellence that we enjoyed in the

    Great location, needs updating

    Great location and views. Decor and rooms need updating and some refreshing. Even though part of Marriot BonVoy program none or the perks such as late check out, parking are available. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

    We have always loved this resort - in fact, have stayed here upwards of 20 times. Pride of Place is a concept that (to me) reflects pride in self/property/pretty much anything. Sadly, the Westin Princeville has slipped in this regard. I've notified them of my concerns and hope they're rectified before our next visit. The property itself is gorgeous; it is a matter of tending to the rooms that is of concern.

    This was our second time staying here and we truly love it! The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating - any concerns or problems are dealt with promptly and with a smile. The rooms are amazing, you really feel at home here. You won't want to spend much time in your room, though, because the grounds are magical - especially at night with the torches lit throughout the property, this is Hawaii at its finest. You can totally just relax and unwind here or enjoy a plethora of activities nearby. I highly recommend the Westin Princeville Resort Villas - just be careful entering and exiting the resort - the speed humps are REALLY aggressive.
