Very modern and trendy the reception staff were nice and polite but the guys on the vehicle entrance were too laid back. They had us wait for a while until they got confirmation from the manager in the car as they couldn't find my booking. This was not professional at all then they directed me to the wrong hotel as there is 2 hotels within the vicinity.

During our stay we received outstanding service! The staff was attentive and helpful especially one goes by the name of Philip Annikey making our experience exceptional……..weeeeeww!!! We’re definitely coming back next year with my entire family????????

We just got back from our family getaway to Ocean Coral Springs resort and we had such an amazing time! The attention to detail is outstanding. If you’re looking for a place that is family friendly but still a good time for the adults as well, this is the place! The food was great! We especially loved visiting Martha’s Market. Our first day checking in we were quickly warmly welcomed by Tracey Ann as our server at Martha’s Market. She made us feel like family and everytime we saw her we couldn’t help but smile! Her service was top notch and I honestly I could go on and on! She was fantastic! To wrap up, if you’re looking for a great family friendly getaway with a beautiful property and wonderful people, this is your place!

I don’t even know where to begin! This was my second visit to Ocean Coral Spring in 2 years! The resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming. I have to give a shout out to the most AMAZING staff that made our trip feel like we were VIPs. The lobby bar staff are second to none. Judene always lit up when we entered the lobby and knew our orders without even speaking a word. We gravitated towards her energy and felt like she was our very own private bartender all while she ensured that every single guest felt the exact same. Sharika, Clayton and Sashawn were all there too and kept our vacation so relaxing with familiar faces on a consistent basis. They knew our preferences and never failed to be on the ready too ?? Derrick. You are a shining light and the heartbeat of the welcome committee with your beaming smile and impeccably kept lobby. You go above and beyond right down to sunglass repair and a thorough cleaning before returning them and my feet didn’t even touch the floor ?? Camilla kept our room clean and stocked with extra towels and made sure our balcony was in top shape every single day. Your neatly folded toilet paper ends didn’t go unnoticed. The littlest things make the biggest impact. ??
