    Mediocre Hotel. Terrible guest services that accuse their guests of things they aren't doing. Subpar suite; no fridge except their own and you cant move items of else you're charged. have a allcor account but was charged for internet. movies/access to the tv was not working. everything basically closed even room service except on weekends. no staff around or seeming wanting to work except to accuse you of things. no staff at valet or front of hotel. long waiting times. save your time go elsewhere there are way better hotels.

    This review is being written to express great appreciation towards the stall at this property. Due to a slight oversight while checking in, this matter was well taken care of professionally and promptly. We like to express a special thanks to Vivian for her great attention to detail and great approach with satisfying my family during this visit. thanks to all the staff for making our vacation as wonderful as it was.     Overall a nice stay. The front desk staff was exceptional. The room was fantastic ! The room service not very good. Ordered a steak that was overcooked. Sent it back and the next one was fine 30 minutes later. They then charged me for the second steak! Yes really! It was resolved at checkout, but why make me have to catch the charge and complain. A stain on a wonderful stay otherwise.

    Stayed twice with family and kids. The renovations brightened and truly refreshed the common areas and the rooms. Rooms(suite and junior suite) were big and well appointed. Room service food could have been better (order messed up), but it was not a huge concern.

    My boyfriend and I spent the weekend playing tourist in our own city, Montréal and where better to stay than the Fairmont! I’ve stayed at several Fairmont properties and they never disappoint. Upon check-in we were greeted by the friendliest person at reception where she checked our temperature. We felt very safe throughout our stay and proper COVID measures were put in place. The view from the 17th floor is stunning both during the day and at night! I personally love all of the bathroom amenities as well! Highly recommends this property!
