How can you close the entire pool (the Caribe’s major asset) for the whole day for a private event? We were told to use other smaller pools but guess what? - no empty chairs and the woman’s bathroom was locked! If you plan to book this place, have them give you a guarantee that the pool will be open for the common man or woman. Otherwise, there are over 200 hotels in Orlando that respect their guests.

This is a very nice resort. The food is pricey, but good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is that there is a conference here at the moment and they shut the entire pool down for the whole day without any notice. Today was supposed to be our rest day and my six-year old was really looking forward to a day at the pool and the slide. Instead we were directed to the Villa pool waaaayy on the other side of the resort which is much smaller. Also, while there are restrooms there, they were locked and no clear indication of where else to go. For a “family” resort, closing the entire pool for the whole day on a Sunday seems like a crappy thing to do for the other people who are staying here. Wanna close it down for a few hours or even the late afternoon? No problem. The entire day?! Disappointed.

Listen, Aisha & Selena @ the bar are PHENOMENAL! I NEVER and I mean NEVER have had a sour experience with this duo behind the bar. Food comes out prompt, hot, and so tasty. They best part is that they remembered us. And they’ve been the best hosts I could ever imagine having.

Good hotel resort. Overall all good. Nothing to complaint about. Good location, good service, attention, all clean, nice smell on both the rooms and halls and exteriors. Good facilities, restaurants, food, room, etc. The game arcade it's a little small but it's ok.

I just returned from a business trip and I would give the resort a 4.5 / 5. The rooms were very clean and large. The closet space is a bit small, however the beds and pillows were comfortable and the noise room to room was minimal. What stands out the most is the staff. Friendly, happy, kind and superior to tother hotel staff I have experienced in south Florida. Steven from Brooklyn originally by the pool is a STAR! The pool bartenders are also fab, and so are the staff in the market. The sports bar in house was really fun! I recommend this hotel.
