Third stay

Booked a king room tower 3 sixth floor. Check in took about 30 min. We dod online checkin, but the sign is not visible and on the opposite end where the line forms. That's ok, we will know next time. Our water is currently out at 830am. It happens. Everyone has been nice and the hotel is clean as usual. This is our favorite hotel. The amenities are awesome, but the employees here really make it the best. They seem to be glad you are staying here.
Loews for one night during Spring Break

Great location for our Universal theme park stay. Islands of Adventure is about a 10-minute walk, but there is also the water taxi which was a relief after an entire day of walking. Check in at Loews was fantastic. The desk agent answered all of our questions and anticipated some we didn't ask. The hotel is big and pleasant to look at, inside and out. In March, the pool was a little chilly, but my 10-year-old still got in and swam w/ some ducks. He and his brothers also enjoyed the ping pong table. We did not dine at the hotel, except to buy some coffees. If just my wife and I had stayed there, we definitely would've enjoyed the bar and restaurant. With adolescent boys, we tend to go for cheaper fare. As with most resorts these days, there are high fees for parking/valet, but that's the norm. I don't think I've ever spent this much on a hotel room for one night, BUT the Express Pass add-on to our park tickets for a family of 5 made complete sense. Lines at many rides during Spring Break get to well over an hour, but we never waited more than 30 minutes for the super popular ones, and usually much less than that. (Hagrid's motorcycle coaster was never less than 120 minutes, so we skipped it).
Great location, design, atmosphere, cleanliness, regular customer service

It is a very beautiful hotel that really transport you to Hawaii / South Asia style, great design, details and even smell. Clean and nice rooms and of course great location, plus, having the perk of express pass and early access to the park improves a lot your general experience. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of customer service, like 20% of our interactions with hotel personnel was great and were very nice, 70% was just OK, not very smiley or attentive but not rude either, but that other 10%, were grumpy, impatient and very impolite, specially a guy call Sam from one of the restaurants downstairs.
Another fantastic trip!

This was our 2nd trip to Universal and Royal Pacific. We chose this resort because we enjoyed it so much last year and this time was no different. We love it here so much. The resort itself is gorgeous, the rooms are clean, the pool is awesome and the staff is amazing. The proximity to the parks can’t be beat. The water taxis are one of our favorite “rides”. I can’t say enough great things about this resort. We plan to come back when the new parks are finished and we will most definitely stay here again. Thanks to the staff at Royal Pacific for another great spring break!!

So far, not great parking prices are crazy. Check-in is super late, and when u checked in, your room still won't be ready. A 200 per day hold on card. They down grade your room with no refund they say to call Universal because they are not connected, so even tho you think you are staying with Universal, you're not. they have a lot to learn from dinsey Will update if anything changes, but if not, I would stay at disney and Uber to the park
