Very upset and we have not even arrived. Disney World will not answer their phones. This is crazy since everything has to have reservations. We bought our entire trip at Disney world and now we can’t reserve dinning or parks. How does that work when we are flying in from CA? We can’t go to the parks on different days. Disney is losing all its service soon no one will look past their over priced experiences if they can’t fulfill on service. We are considering canceling if Disney does not get back to us.

Some Things were down due to restrictions, Such as the boats to Disney springs, but they tried there best to make things easy and comfortable. Housekeeping and the staff were still very responsive. Need a better number to call so you are not on hold for such a long time when trying to contact the front desk.

We traded in through RCI for a week long stay in a 1 bedroom villa. This was the first time that we stayed here. The resort is beautiful but large. We had a ground floor unit in the Turtle Pond Road area. We had a car but did use the buses sometimes to get to and from the parks. The busses to the parks and Disney Springs seemed frequent and we didn't have any problems. However, getting a bus back at the end of the night was a problem a couple of times. We waited over an hour for a bus from Disney Springs in the late afternoon and also from the Magic Kingdom. Saw multiple busses for other resorts coming and going while we waited. The villa itself was very nice and had everything we needed and we also enjoyed the pool in the Turtle Pond area. We did not go to the main pool area. We ate at Olivias for a late lunch and also had take out one evening and ate outside at tables near the pool area. Food was very good and will go there again. Used online checkin which always very easy. We were transferring from Universal and our room was ready by the time we needed it in the late afternoon. Would definitely stay here again.

Old Key West is a beautiful, well maintained resort spread out over a large area that encompasses a golf course and a stay works well for those with a car. The boat service to Disney Springs and the Bus Transportation System have been affected by the virus so having a car is a blessing. Disney Springs is crowded. The Deluxe Studios are very large. There are two beds, a kitchenette, and a large bathroom. The shower was probably the best we have ever had! Where can we buy one? There is no coffee table or couch - that's the trade off for two queen size beds. We could not find an ice machine in our building - probably closed down because of the virus. The major disappointment was the small 32" TV which made the closed captions impossible to read. If you are not planning to spend time in your room, that shouldn't be a problem. We had breakfast at Olivia's and we were happy to support them as not all Disney restaurants are open. HOWEVER, we were shocked with the $4.29 charge for a glass of milk. The cappuccino at $4.79 was reasonable enough. Check out the outdoor self service behind the restaurant.
