The staff at the Terratta Bar were next level! They provided us with responsive service while magically resolving potential conflicts over tv and music conflict.Jodi and Cassidy knocked it out of the park! We would absolutely recommend!

Very nice - fun pools, nice golf. Place needs some updates like WAY better signage, more towel service, and a better way to make reservations at the onsite restaurants. The "top golf" like place was fun - a nice add. But I was charged for incidentals without any listing on my receipt - I have to deal with that, so not great.

Everything about this resort is fun. The pools, the lazy river, a wave pool and a great looking water slide. There is an adult pool with cushioned lounge chairs. Coffee and ice tea from the deli is delicious and prices are very reasonable. There’s a walking trail and fitness center. The resort is large but easy to navigate.

As organizing team for iaedp/International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals conference, I was impressed with Mariah and Zach at front desk. They even surprised me with a bottle of wine and cheese during my stay which was a WOW!

Don and Sammy from Trevi's provided the BEST customer service and hospitality for a private dining event for 16 people. They were flexible with last minute changes and made the evening most enjoyable! Would give them both 10 our of 5 starts for the extraordinary service, kindness, and professionalism.
