This is my 3rd time booking the Rosen International. It is a great location and central to everything. Cleaning staff are extremely friendly and do a brilliant job every day. Rooms are spotless. Free Wi-Fi and parking, no resort fees is just a total bonus compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Stayed in room 2600 on the 6th floor which is a king room. Perfect location for a view from the outside balcony over looking the pool and views of Universal and Volcano bay. Will most definitely return and highly recommend.

    Perfect Location lovely rooms!

Just left the Rosen inn international after a 14 night stay with my Wife. Absolutely spot on for what you need, Nice central location on International drive. The rooms are just what you need 2 double beds and all appliances ect needed, our Room over looked the smaller of the 2 pools on the second floor and was cleaned every day fantastic maid service. Free Towel service at the pools so no need to bring your own and plenty of sunbeds. On site shop is spot on stocks most stuff the pizzas where decent for $5 with a drink! We used Uber during our stay fantastic app well worth using the Taxi drivers outside the Hotel will try and persuade you to use them but they can't get anywhere near the price of an uber. $6 to universal $8 to outlets and around $13 to Disney. It costs $30 to even park a car at the Parks so it's a no brainer really! Disney springs is fantastic to walk around loads of shops and restaurants but it gets Busy so make sure you book. Also Disney's boardwalk is nice to kill a few hours on a rest day. Our Number 1 thing we did this Holiday was go to the Little Town of Celebration and hire bikes for a tour. $15 per person gets you a bike a map and a bottle of water and the ride takes around 2-3 hours. You get to look at million dollar homes starting at 1-2 million all the way up to 10 million dollar homes. It cost us around $13 to get to celebration in an uber and the lunch was fantastic aswell in celebration tavern. Top golf just off International Drive is loads of Fun a little pricey but if you go in the morning it's cheaper and Tuesdays is half price. Ripley's believe it or not is ok. Gets really busy on a rainy day so beware. Prices start from 19.99 in the AM and go up in the afternoon and even pricier in the Evening. Irish Pub over the road can't pour a Guiness to save their life much better at the Pub in Pointe Orlando which is just a few stops on the Trolly south of the Hotel. Loads of good Restaurants all with in walking distance BJ's, Yard House, Uncle Julio's, the Tin roof is good for some live music. The Iride Trolly is Fantastic $2 gets you anywhere on I drive and can buy weekly passes for around $15. Ihop, Denny's and Perkins all 2 minute walk from the hotel and good for Breakfast, World's biggest MC Donald's next to the hotel that also Serves Pizza and Pasta! Premium international outlets seems to be the better of the 2 outlets this is stop 1 on the Trolly Vineland outlets is at the bottom of I drive stop 38. Walmart is around a 25 min Walk or an $7 Uber good to Go and stock up on beer ect for round the pool on those rest days! (Use the ice bucket in your room at the ice machines and take that around the pool with your beers in.) All in all fantastic hotel just what you need when doing all the parks ect.

A room was booked for 10/11 for my wife, son, grandson, and granddaughter. This hotel was selected because of positive ratings and the closeness to Universal Studios. The room was dirty, the beds were old and lumpy, and the pillows were flat. We the staff was confronted, they just said "sorry". This is a terrible Hotel. A complete waste of of money for a most unpleasant stay. I cannot understand how it is receiving positive reviews? Something is fishy besides the rooms.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times from when it was the Quality Inn International and since it became the Rosen Inn International and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Orlando. The rooms are so comfortable and nicely furnished and there are 2 pools, a bar, restaurant and everything you could want all on site. The 2 entrances are security controlled which makes it very safe. My tip would be to choose a booking with the breakfast option, it’s a very comprehensive buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices and you can have as much or as little as you wish. It is cheaper to book with the breakfast option than paying separately for it once you are here.

Excellent hotel in a great location - honest review

We were nervous about our stay before we got here because we read some of the other reviews. I can honestly say, the bad reviews are people expecting 5* that aren’t willing to pay for it. For the price, location and facilities you can’t go wrong with this hotel. The hotel itself has everything you need. Great pools, a shop, information desk (where we purchased our Universal Fright Night tickets, it was the cheapest around), games room, bar, restaurant and well equipped gym. The staff on reception were always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious for a couple, with two double beds, a big enough bathroom and an area with a sink that has a microwave and tea/ coffee making machines. Room has an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tv with good cable channels, a safe and great air conditioning - all at no additional charge. The cleaners came every day to freshen the room up and were always friendly if we passed them in the corridor. The rooms are slightly dated but I personally don’t see why that matters. Location is perfect for Universal parks, we visited Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, City Walk and Volcano Bay numerous times...the hotel offers a free shuttle bus but we chose to get Uber’s sometimes, never paying more than $10 to get anywhere because everything is close by. There are lovely restaurants within walking distance, we’d recommend Longhorn and Bahama Breeze. There’s plenty of other restaurants within walking distance though! We’d also recommend The Cheesecake Factory at Mall in Millenia (a short Uber away) its the nicest food we had the entire trip. There’s a few malls within a short Uber ride away as well. The only negatives I have are the aircon units can be quite loud but we didn’t struggle to get a peaceful night’s sleep, so they’re not that loud. You also get some noise from the motorway next to the hotel, especially if, like us, your room is at the front of the hotel, again, not so bad that we struggled to get off to sleep. Overall, if you want a 5* hotel, pay for it. If you want a great hotel with everything you need at a reasonable price, look no further.
