    Just completed a 4 night stay here. The property was clean and the front desk staff was super helpful. The property has 4 pools with plenty of grills around the property to cook out if you want to. There is plenty of parking. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for not knocking on the door well before checkout time like at other places I have stayed at. My only complaint is that there wasn't a better upgrade as a platinum member. But overall, I would definitely stay here again.

    Wonderful stay, everything was clean, there were plenty of activities open. I can't wait to return. The staff were in masks and the residents social distanced themselves and had on masks. Staff was friendly and the property was very clean and well maintained.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a resort

    I was alerted during check in that basically everything on the resort was closed due to the Pandemic. I was not alerted that NOT ONE restaurant was opened before arrival . NOWHERE on the website did it state that there were no activities on the entire resort. I was not notified before arrival of this fact either. Considering the city of Orlando was allowing restaurants to open with 50% capacity, with masks, a resort of this size easily could have opened 1-2 restaurants. They should have at least offered an area shuttle to accommodate guests. They also has only 2 pools open which led to overcrowding. They did not enforce any social distancing at the pool and as a result I did not feel comfortable in that area. People were literally on top of each other. The last straw was when I asked to check out at 11am instead of 10am. They refused to accommodate me for ONE HOUR . Mind you check in is not until 4pm. I rushed to get ready to check out and waited 30 minutes for a bellhop. Since I remained on the property I noticed that housekeeping was not at my building until after 11am, on the first floor. They easily could have accommodated me but CHOSE not to claiming the state required guests vacate rooms by 10am. I found out that this was a lie and if they REALLY cared about the safety of their guests and cleanliness of their resort they would have enforced a social distancing policy at the pool which was a disaster.

    So I booked a week here knowing there would be limitations due to covid, but wow. First impression when I arrived was that it looks like a subpar apartment complex built in the 80's. The place is maintained well enough but I guess I'm just too used to Marriott properties which this can't compare to. Most of the property is shut down which is understandable given the lack of occupancy, but things I didn't expect were amenities like ping pong and shuffle board closed, marketplace closed most of the time and having to pay to use the miniature golf - seriously? I even brought my own ping pong and shuffle board set with me but can't get at the amenities anyway. I can't understand why the resort is open at all, just close it down until the crisis is over.

    At a time when COVID was off the charts in Florida, I found this resort to be a beautiful respite from all the chaos. The room was spotless, and we cleaned and disinfected upon arrival. Everything was truly amazing! We had the two story townhouse with stairs. The unit had its own air conditioning unit which is important due to the latest findings with shared air conditioning systems. I would not have gone if the air conditioning units were shared. When I arrived I cleaned every surface and sprayed Lysol on everything. I did not find one speck of dust, nothing. The resort was 20% occupied, but there were times when the pool was too crowed for us. We decided to comeback when it opened and enjoy the pool with little to no guests. The security, cleaning staff (which we rarely interacted with), and reservation desk staff were all nice. We enjoyed the mini-gulf, pool, and basketball court. I noticed daily cleaning being done on the grill although we didn’t use it this time. I would not rent a room anywhere else given the circumstances. There was no elevator to our unit which was great. We had no one to interact with, and I like that. Given the state of the industry, I would like the hotel to reconsider the limitations they place on guests to visit no more than once every four years. This is a safe and clean place I would take my family annually if it’s available to me. This was a very special and rare vacation opportunity for us in the middle of a pandemic, but I’m glad we had the chance to go and stay at this great resort!
