The resort is nice, but I wouldn't give it a 4 or 5 star rating. The restaurants were overpriced, disorganized and the staff was not customer friendly. No good lunch restaurant and the dinner one was only fair and again overpriced. Standard pool, nothing special.

Very nice but missing a wow factor for the price.

It was nice but nothing amazing, and considering the price, I did expect it to be nicer. The bellman and valet guys work their tails off. Aside from that, nothing was impressive. The pools were very nice, but not staffed. Wet towels everywhere, no where to sit due to people "saving" chairs for the entire day, and pool staff was non-existent. Outside dining had beautiful view but the restaurant and bar were nothing more than an outside garage - zero ambiance. With all the options in Orlando, I just expected it to be nicer. This was fairly simple property, no frills.

This is the first time that i ever stayed at a Wyndham Hotel. I found it to be a great stay. Everyone from when I checked in to when I checked out was just wonderful. I felt like I was special and they made me feel that way. It was a beautiful hotel.

Great hotel, even if you are not going to the parks

We stayed at this hotel while apartment hunting, not for Disney. It is very close to the parks, but I don’t think inside. This hotel had a business conference going on. There were some kids with the visible signs of Mickey, but overall this was a pretty chill place. It was lovely. Attached to a Wyndham Vacation property, this is where you could find the kids and activity. We strolled down to see and it looked like all the kiddos were burning off what energy of the Gods they had left in the lazy river. The hotel was clean, people were friendly. The pool was nice. It’s a resort so expect the usual price gauging: $32/day resort fee which includes your “complimentary in room water bottle” (I asked why they call it complementary and received a puzzled look) $22/day parking. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. That is about the highest praise I can give! The rooms were quiet. It was a very nice hotel! Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was a lovely place to spend a few days apartment hunting!

Recently having stayed at this resort for a business conference, I can tell you the hotel, rooms, offerings and amenities are all excellent. The rooms are bright and spacious, some looking over the lot but others looking with pool or lake views. The resort itself is massive covering many different buildings and a full walking path around the lake which takes approximately 15 mins to walk around without stopping. The beds are very comfortable, the food has been great, there’s a Starbucks in the lobby, very nice gym facilities an a wellness spa amongst other things. Plenty for kids to do as well with the pool, ping pong and various outdoor games spread about. This is a multi-use resort which is great for conferences, families or couples looking for a quiet weekend. Staff have been very helpful and polite and service is obviously something they take seriously in their training and communication during hiring. The resort itself is in the heart of many of the theme parks in an aromatherapy Orlando area for convenience. No drawbacks to staying here, as the price is even quite affordable considering what you get in return making this a great value option if planning to visit the area.
