Skip it! If you’re looking to relax, this is not the close-to-the-parks place you want. It’s a timeshare pitch wrapped in a deluxe luxurious wrapper. Staff is very nice but management not so much. Greg, the property manager did visit us to address our numerous complaints about 56 db music right out side our window. Paper-thin walls.

There were 2 of us vacationing for 5 weeks, 2 of the weeks in a studio villa and 3 weeks in a 1-bedroom deluxe villa. There are 2 separate entrances with security guards which is excellent so one can use whichever entrance is more convenient for this large complex. Outdoor lighting is excellent for security. The exteriors of the buildings and the landscaping, which is beautiful, are very well maintained. There are luggage carts available, but good luck finding one when you need it. At the building with our deluxe villa, at any given time were as many as 8 carts, but most of the time only 2, 1, or 0. The villas are not as well maintained, although nothing was atrocious. In 1 villa, the toilet tissue holder was loose in the wall. The shower heads are very good. Washers and dryers are shared in common areas for guests staying in the studios. In our building, the room with the washer and dryer was filthy, and we had to clean the tops of the machines before placing cleaned clothes on them. There is no place to hang clothes as they are removed from the dryer. While we were not present at the dryer, someone opened the dryer door and clothes tumbled onto the dirty floor as the drum came to a stop. The dryer had to run extra long probably because the duct is too long with multiple bends restricting air flow. Both villas were clean, the water is hot, and the water pressure was very good. The beds in both villas had visible valleys. I am a side sleeper and always woke up on my back because my body had rolled into a valley while I was sleeping. At the studio, there is an exterior door that leads into a short hallway to entrances to separate villas. That exterior door closed noisily which was easily heard in our studio. At the deluxe villa, there is an open hallway leading to entrances to 4 separate villas. The 4 entrances are very close together. Inconsiderate guests allowed their doors to close on their own, always with annoying slams. There are sizable gaps under the doors which make it easier for these noises to enter the villas. The hallway to our villa was located by the elevators, so the gap under the door allowed the noise of the guests at the elevators to easily enter our villa. The villas have doors for direct access to adjoining villas for the convenience of guests in multiple villas. Whereas our villa was between 2 neighboring villas, these 2 connecting doors allowed a lot of noise from inconsiderate guests in the neighboring villas to be heard in our villa. We used cooking spray oil to lubricate hinges on a couple of interior doors so they would not squeak and awaken someone. While in the studio, staff was prompt to re-supply us with fresh towels, but while in the deluxe villa, it took hours. Our reservations were 5 separate 1-week reservations. The most annoying issues for us were that our room key cards and wi-fi access were automatically de-activated at the end of each week. On 2 occasions I had to call the off-site internet support group to get re-connected to the internet, and these were not quick calls. The wi-fi was fast. For the TVs, upon finding the on-screen guides, the desired channel cannot be selected. Instead the channel number has to be entered. For 1 of these TVs, the TV would no go directly to the entered channel number, but instead started at the beginning and we had to press the channel up button repeatedly until we reached the desired channel. We did not use the water park, but we did use the fitness center which has a lot of equipment, most of which is in excellent condition. Besides using various weight machines, I used the stationary bikes for cardio exercise. There are 6 of these bikes, and unfortunately not 1 of them detected my heart rate. I found no accommodation for guests trying to protect our planet by recycling as much as possible. Overall we did enjoy our stay despite inconsiderate noisy guests and the frustrations of key cards and wi-fi.

My experience at the hotel was amazing, the place was clean, ac nice and cold and The views are WOW! I will be back there again. I visited from ????I will tell my friends and family to definitively come here. My trip was short I didn’t get to fully explore but next time fosho

Everything sucked they put me in a non-updated unit and I paid for a brand new unit it was not fun there my jetted tub leak so I couldn't use it one night the air conditioning furnace system sucked I was freezing every night the dryer was not working correctly it kept grabbing clothes and breaking them I usually stay in the Westgate Town Center but they stuffed me in a villa which was old and that's the reason I bought a timeshare to stay away from old cruddy places I had one teaspoon to start with had ask for 3 more no hair dryer when I turn the oven on I thought there was gonna be a fire as it smoked all the heck I just didn't like it there is time and then the villas are away from everything else I pay 1100 a year and this is what I get haven't been here for five years and they stuff me in this ugly little apartment they put a ton of pressure on you to buy so don't do a sit down unhappy customer. I may have been able to move to the Town Center if I demanded it that I didn't feel like moving ahead a lot of things this round. The hot tubs near the villa though weren't really good one wasn't hot at all and they only come up to your waistline you have to sit on the floor to get any bubbles on your back. I have not been here for I think five years and they gave no compensations to anybody when COVID virus kicked in they raise our maintenance and tax and take away the fun stuff. I really resent the seagulls now as I watch the show called the queen of Versailles and David siegel's son called his customers greedy and there was another word he used that was derogatory to his customers but sadly he was projecting and not intelligent enough to reañize it hahaha and we're the ones that made him abd his dad a millionaries/billionaire and he calls us greedy we got him in the top 1% of richest people in the world and they take unsophisticated folks and wow them with these timeshares And we're greedy? So ever since I watched that documentary I can't stand Westgate and the owners.
Bad internet and support from Guest Team

This hotel offers a good service, but it seems to be growing a lot and having a lot of problems with it. I'm staying for the fourth time and this was the worst experience we've had. Our internet is not working, and when trying to call Guest Service, several times, it was saying that "due to high demand, there is no operator available". I got in the car and went to talk to them personally about the internet and the answer was: "we suggest you work from a Starbucks because the internet is better." ---- Português: esse hotel oferece um bom serviço, mas parece que está crescendo muito e apresentando muitos problemas com isso. Estou hospedado pela quarta vez e essa foi a pior experiência que tivemos. Nossa internet não está funcionando, e ao tentar ligar para o Guest Service, por várias vezes, estava dizendo que "por motivos de alta demanda, não tem operador disponível". Peguei o carro e fui pessoalmente falar com eles sobre a internet e a resposta foi: "sugerimos você trabalhar de um Starbucks pois a internet é melhor."
