Nice hotel with a good resort vibe. We ate at the restaurant using the resort credit and food was pretty good. Overall service was friendly and competent. Only gripe is we were not told how far away the self parking would be.

    This place is GORGEOUS!

I recently visited the Arizona Biltmore for a work conference and absolutely LOVED it! The grounds are kept pristine, and the landscaping and architecture are gorgeous. Not only is the property beautiful, but the staff is TOP NOTCH! Every staff member, bartender, server, and housekeeper I encountered was very helpful and friendly. The ladies at the concierge desk, Corissa and Courtney, were very friendly and responsive to my text message requests. Oh, and how could I forget, the bed and sheets were SUPER comfortable! In fact I want to order the sheets because I loved them so much. I would definitely visit this resort again and recommend it to friends and family!

With newer and more grand resorts all over the area, it must be difficult to remain competitive while preserving the original vision of its designer. The property is a work of art and an historic place.

I thought I would like this hotel given the history and expansive grounds. I was wrong. I came away loving this hotel. It starts with arrival — there’s definite curb appeal. Then as you enter, you are greeted with a historic piece of Frank Lloyd Wright art, setting the tone of your journey through time and design. The lobby is equally impressive and when I finally did stop gawking to make it to the front desk, the check-in process was incredibly pleasant. With this being such a rare hotel I wanted to understand the differences of the wings and rooms, which the clerk cheerfully took time to explain as we plotted my room. A minor issue caused me to switch rooms, which was pleasantly taken care of. You can tell they take great pride in the place despite past reviews as I constantly saw someone trimming, tidying, or treating the grounds and buildings. I spent the day walking around, finding and swimming in all the pools and decided to celebrate the hotel’s 90th birthday by enrolling in the all-inclusive option which I highly recommend. From the restaurant to the pool-side bar, everyone was helpful, friendly, patient, and delivered great service. I cannot stress enough that you need to take the tour!! I mean, who knew I would learn interesting facts about something as mundane as stairs!! It is free and lasts about one hour, but is only available on select days. I learned so much from that which made the hotel even more fascinating. I would have stayed another day, but I had to make it back home for work. I need to make it back to stay in a cottage. My only slight sadness is that Wright’s Restaurant was not open on Monday, but I still give my experience an overwhelming A+

This is a gorgeous property. A masterpiece in architecture. You need to take time to walk around the inside of the hotel and also the outside. The hospitality and the service is Amazing - well this a Waldorf Astoria property. Very impressed with Chris B., the gentleman that greet us and checked us in when we arrived. Chris took time to explain all about the resort, thank me for being a diamond member and for the loyalty and business to the Hilton. Chris is the perfect example of what customer service should and must be. Congratulations to this resort for having sun here a great team member. The room was great. Had a porch walking into one of the pools on the frost floor. The bar was fabulous. We had an amazing time. Just a gorgeous hotel! A place to stay when in phoenix.
