    Nice resort under trying circumstances

This was our second time at the resort. Overall a very good stay, especially with Covid restrictions in place. Our unit was large, clean and pretty much up to date. There were a couple of issues. The BBQ grill didn't seem to be maintain. We stayed for 3 weeks and used the grill often. It didn't appear that staff was cleaning disinfecting the grill area. It also ran out of gas the last day we were there. While I appreciate that the grill was available I wish it was maintained better. The other issue were the pools. We spent a lot of time at the "Serenity" pool and on several occasions it was overrun with SCREAMING kids. I understand that the resort can't control peoples children, but they should make one of the 4 pools an adults only pool. In addition I went to the kiddie pool one to escape the noise at the "Serenity" pool and after about 45 minutes was told by a life guard that I had to leave as they needed to "rest" the pool. Very odd I thought.

    Our Second Trip This Year!

Love this place! So happy I'm a recent Holiday Inn Club Vacation owner. So much for my 7 year old to do with multiple pools and kids activites. It was great to go down a waterslide this year although the water temp in the kids area was freezing, but not the other pools. We stayed at the signature rooms and we were blown away with the beautiful interior design. We are definitely coming back for MLB Spring training! Great customer service! We ordered groceries ahead of check in and the front desk refrigerated our food before we arrived. Front desk then brought our groceries to our car as we were unloading! We felt safe as everyone wore masks and distant. And they constantly wipe down and sanitize everything. Thank you to the Holiday Inn staff and we'll see you next year!

We had a 2 bedroom unit and could not believe how spacious it was. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels (both bath and pool) and lots of complimentary toiletries. Our unit was on the first floor which is 7-8 steps down so we didn't have a view of anything but the parking lot at eye level. Next time we will ask for a 2nd of third floor unit for a better view. The only complaint we have is the noise from the unit above us. Not much of a noise barrier between the floors so you can hear every step the people above make. That's the only reason we are not giving this a 5 star review.

    Relaxing getaway during COVID

Very nice rooms...if sharing with a couple/family - don't go to a normal hotel - go here. So much more room...full kitchen and amenities, clothes washer and dryer...they even provided "starter" kits of single load clothes soap and dish detergent. Our only complaint was the second bed...I was thinking it was a queen, but seemed more like a double. With two adults sharing the second room, there was not much space in the bed (especially when one of them is 6'5") and, when someone turned over, it was like being on a trampolene! I did not have a sound sleep any of the nights because of this. I do understand they have rooms with (2) Kings...learn from my mistake and ask for those if you are (2) couples sharing the space! Restaurant and fitness center closed, so couldn't really get full feel of place...but understood because of COVID. Outdoor pools open and SO needed/nice in the heat. Was very close to purchasing their ownership...that's how much we liked it...but, it's just not the right time at this moment. One of the things that DID bother me was the stairs to all the units. I was with my mid 70's parents, who have walking difficulties...so it was a bit much for them. Had I known this, I would have asked for ADA accessible but I'm not even certain how many units they would have that are such. If they would re-vamp to make it more "older" person friendly, I bet they would really have a ton of business! Just make certain you are able to carry your heavy luggage up and down stairs!

Lovely resort, beautiful, spacious unit, and very well located for any activities. Only negative would be if someone was disabled, and couldn’t do stairs, every unit has stairs and there are no elevators. Otherwise a wonderful place to spend a week!
