Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa

My experience was amazing. The resort not only included phenomenal views and a close vicinity to fun excursions, but the customer service was top notch. Specially, Julio and Jane made my experience unforgettable. Jane was very specific in explaining the different activities and dining available, and Julio was very amazing in checking me and my partner into the resort. He was very hands on and very detailed in making us both very happy. Jane and Julio were both extremely patient and very attentive to our needs to make sure that our experience was beautiful and memorable. It was my first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and because of the customer service I would totally recommend this resort to family and friends.

My family just returned from our 6 day- all inclusive- trip to Garza Blanca. There were 6 of us and we stayed in a 2 bedroom panoramic suite on the 5th floor of Tower 4. The suite was plenty big and we were able to spread out comfortably to log in for both school and work for the first few days. We had to upgrade our wifi for the days that we needed to work or do online school as regular free wifi was spotty. Everything was else perfect. The location, the amenities, and the food/drinks were amazing. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived at the resort. I must mention a few names for those who stood out. Erasmo, our concierge, was the best! He took care of all of our dinner reservations, and managed to surprise us here and there with champagne upon arrival and a couple of wonderful desserts sent up to our suite to wish us a happy anniversary. Marisol was our housekeeper and was super attentive, while Tito took care of us by the pool, and Emmanuel upon checkout left us with a great lasting impression of how wonderful this resort truly is. I would like to point out how nervous I was initially to travel here during Covid times, however, their safety protocol was top notch. Other than some guests not wearing masks when walking around in public places, I would say the majority of the guests did. I liked that the employees wore masks at all times and upon entry to any restaurant, they dispensed hand sanitizer into our hands. Definitely felt very safe the entire time. We loved everything about this resort and will absolutely 100% be back again soon!

I stayed at this beautiful Resort and i really loved it. The facilities were top Notch, the beach super clean, the restaurantes and the service Amazing too. But I really want to send my kuddos for Jacqueline Estrella, she was my Concierge and she really made my vacations, the service she provided was exceptional! I will surely come back the soonest possible! ??

We had booked a trip to Cancun, but the weather looked ugly so we switched to Puerto Vallarta and ended up at the Garza Blanca. I am so glad we did! My wife, two daughters (11,9) and I stayed in a 2 bedroom panorama suite on floor 8 in tower 4. It really was the most amazing room I've ever had! The southwest view from the balcony was absolutely bonkers. I could lay in my bed with a wide open door to my right with an ocean view and a hammock, and a wide open door at my feet with a view of Los Arcos. The entire wall in the living area opens up. It was... just... I can't... The staff were so warm and welcoming. Everyone who greets you puts their hand on their heart and gives a little bow. It felt so warm and lovely, especially with masks cutting us off from each other. They are so caring- my daughter slipped in too-big flip-flops on the cobbles and rolled her ankle. She's a little clumsy and this has happened before (also- the flip-flops...), so I was just going to give her some time and have her walk it off. But next thing I know a medic is rubbing a salve on her ankle and wrapping it, and a car is there to drive us down to the lobby to get a wheelchair and hit the pool. Of course she was fine in 30 minutes like I thought she would be, but she felt so cool and loved wheeling around the pool until I made her turn it back in. The service was excellent and FAST. A room attendant was always ready to make up our room no matter what time we left in the morning. Room service would set a 45 minute expectation every time, but then show up in 20. And speaking of room service- the FOOD. I think we sampled nearly all of the food - room service, food service at both pools, breakfast and dinner at Blanca Blue, breakfast and dinner at Bocados, dinner at Hiroshi... all of it was fantastic. We loved the pools. The beach isn't the best for younger kids to play in the waves bc there are still large rocks in the shallows, but they do have a little lagoon that gets gentler waves. We did play there some and there were plenty of others spending more time there. We were able to see whales from the pool most mornings. My daughter and I were going to do the kayaking, but she wasn't feeling up for it at the last second so we bailed. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I have been gushing about it to absolutely everyone I can since we got back. I will 100% go back at the soonest opportunity.

The Garza Blanca was recommended to us by friends who had stayed there a few months before and only had wonderful things to say about the service and the safety that was being provided due to COVID. It was all absolutely true!!! We were dropped off by the taxi and it was love at first sight with the beautiful surroundings. We stayed in the two bedroom panoramic view. What a view it was, Amazing!!! The cleanliness and safety that was being provided to keep us all COVID safe first class. Had an amazing time, can’t wait to revisit with our entire family.
