This hotel made my trip a pretty cool experience. You know when you are staying in a good hotel automatically makes your stay 100x better . From the hotel to our room being really clean to the whole staff being amazing everyone was so nice and friendly. Nessa, Blanca & Mitch. From the rest of the Valet parking being so nice but didn't get the rest of their names. Truly nice hotel with excellent staff. When I come to San Francisco I will forsure stay at The Marker no hesitation.

We had a great time staying at the Marker. Its location is perfect for exploring San Francisco. Transportation is easy to reach and the staff is very courteous. The hotel itself is beautiful. We loved the very cosy lobby with fireplaces where we can relax and even catch up with work when needed.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Walking distance to train station. Hotel staff so helpful we asked for a kettle in the room and they brought us one. The reusable water bottles were a great touch. Reception staff were lovely and really helpful. Went into bar and restaurant attached to the hotel for a drink but never ate there so can't comment on the food although what i saw looked good. Would definitely stay at this hotel again it was the perfect base to explore the city.

First of all, I feel very comfortable at The Marker San Francisco Hotel as we are at home. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were very polite and helpful. The hotel has a perfect location. Very close to Union Square and a safe place. I had a good sleep because bed and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and hot water was ok. The elevators smell very good. It was a great pleasure for me to drink my tea near the fireplace in the early morning. Tea and Coffee are complimentary. Music is great in the lobby, especially it felt nice to wake up to a classic American day with Frank Sinatra in the lobby. Wi-fi was pretty good. When I come to SF, I will stay in The Marker San Francisco again.

Best hotel to stay close to union square front desk, Blanca was very helpful people like her will make you come back!!! Don’t mind the homeless they don’t bother anyone just go about your day . 525 jones st target parking is the one we use $40 overnight parking is the cheapest .
