Hyatt on King - friendly and efficient

I am always ready to recommend the Hyatt on King. From the check-in to room service, to the quality of the gym and the check out, wonderful service and top notch accommodations. Friendly, efficient, delicious food.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The check in and out were flawless. Rooms were clean and nice. Would stay again. Entrance wasn’t the easiest to find but manageable. Overall very satisfied with the stay.
Great Hotel

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Staff were professional and made us feel so welcome. The room was large and very clean. Loves the mattress and pillows!! We slept so well!! The hotel was perfectly located for out trip to the theatre.
Filthy rooms

Bathroom, shower, bed all had hairs in them. Rooms are dated and dirty. I thought Hyatt was a reputable hotel chain but based on my experience at the Hyatt king st. Toronto, I don’t think I would stay at any Hyatt resort worldwide.
Front Desk does not care about noise complaints; bed design is terrible

There are no headboards on the beds- there is instead a shelf at the head of the bed so you cannot lean back to sit on the bed. Also, the hotel does not enforce its quiet at 9pm rule so you may be unlucky and be near a raging party room like we were.
