Lovely stay in Vancouver

Shibu T (Toronto, Canada) on Apr 18, 2024

Attended an international conference and stayed for five nights. There were some renovations occurring but not too disruptive. Lovely, attentive staff, including housekeeping. Recommended.

Centrally located, great place to stay

christine w on Apr 06, 2024

Stayed here with family for spring break for our first trip to Vancouver. This was a great hotel! It was very centrally located, which was important to us because we didn't have a car. There is a McDonald's and Tim hortons right next to the hotel, as well as many restaurants and shops. Close to Robson street and the skytrain. Every hotel staff person was wonderful! We arrived on Easter Sunday and at check in, the hotel staff gave my boys cute little bunny bags - such a thoughtful gesture! At guest services, I was inquiring about transportation, and the guy gave my boys Inuit figures and coupons to the Capillano suspension bridge. There is a free bus shuttle to the bridge right from the hotel. The room was nice and clean. Overall would definitely come back and stay here again!

I highly recommend this hotel. I've been attending conventions here for the last 18 years and have never had a bad experience. All the staff are very helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The food is great.

Very nice hotel for business travel

steiner2024 on Mar 31, 2024

Stayed here for a recent conference. It was pretty much the usual good quality downtown business travel hotel. Nothing special for tourists, and kids would probably be bored, but it worked very well for my needs. The breakfast is way too expensive for what you get - go to Tim Horton's in the mall just outside the front lobby for something more affordable.
