Staff very friendly and attentive. Beautiful sea views. We arrived at sunset so that was lucky. Alexander makes amazing pizzas ?? several courses on offer if you wish. The red wine was delicious. Upset to be going home or I would have been running back for more food!

Elsie and the entertainment team were magnificent!! Really added so much to our holiday in beautiful surroundings. Aqua fit every day was fun as was Cuban dance lessons on the beach. Our evenings were enhanced by the acts on offer. Thanks so much guys - keep well

I travelled solo as my husband had no time this year. I booked the Level. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating from all the staff,specifically the yoga and dance instructors, the restaurants with my gluten free restrictions, pool bar staff and the other fun loving holiday guests ( all couples ) I enjoyed walking along the shore and hours of snorkeling. It was an amazing experience and one of inner reconnecting. As women traveling solo can have anxiety about safety. At no time did I feel unsafe. I would definitely travel here again with or without my partner.

Perfect vacation !! Wouldn't have changed a thing ! We had upgraded to an oceanview luxury room and it was sooo worth it ..... great view of the beautiful , blue Caribbean and our white , perfect beach !! The food ( buffet and the 4 restaurants) was the best we've ever had in Cuba, with lots of variety and always fresh. Drinks were a little watered down at first ( due to shortages) but only lasted for a day or two. The staff were top notch throughout the resort, friendly, approachable, and very accomodating. In particular, MELANY and JAVIER, poolside bartenders extraordenaire, were the friendliest, kindest, and most efficient of them all !! Those are two VERY special employees who stood out for us during our stay! Even the golf experience was perfect with beautiful vistas and top shelf carts and club rentals. Overall, it was the best vacation we've ever taken and we will never go anywhere else in the Caribbean ever again ! Melia Las Americas will completely change your view of the all-inclusive, Cuban experience of mediocre food ! Well done to you all and we will see you all again soon ! Viva Cuba !!

Amazing place, pool, ocean, staff were just excellent. We really enjoyed the whole time with our group. Rooms were tidy, food excellent and lots of options for activities. I can recommend the hotel. Melanie from staff at beach bar was just great!
