For any cancelation or schedule change initiated by WestJet—where the schedule change was greater than 90 minutes or one or more stops were added—guests are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, if desired.
This form applies to guests with an Air Group booking (10 guests or more). WestJet Vacations Group bookings will continue to follow the process already established and cannot be requested with this form.
Please submit one form only per Air Group booking.
A notification will be sent to you by email once the refund transaction has been completed. Refunds can only be processed to the form of payment used to make the original reservation.
