You may be entitled to food and drinks in reasonable quantities if:
- You received less than 12 hours' notice of the disruption; and
- Your departure was delayed by more than two hours.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled for reasons within WestJet's control, including safety-related disruptions, you may be eligible for reimbursement in certain situations.

If you'd like a copy for your records, we recommend taking a screenshot before submitting your claim. Once submitted, your claim cannot be retrieved.

If your claim is approved, we'll contact you using the email address provided with instructions on how to receive your reimbursement electronically.
If you're submitting a claim on behalf of a guest, all information must belong to the travelling guest. Any approved reimbursement will be issued directly to the travelling guest.
