    We Love coming to the Barcelo and we look forward to getting pampered by the whole staff especially the Royal Club. George treats us like family. We truly get catered to like Royalty. We would never stay anywhere else. Ederlina and Jaime thank you for your amazing service . Jessica , Sandra and Martin it was a pleasure we really enjoyed our vacation and will return.

    This was our second time here at the resort with great friends. We are not going anywhere else , next time we are bringing our children and their boyfriends and girlfriends. The level of professionalism at the Barcelo is the best especially from George in the Royal level. His staff is highly professional and overly friendly and extremely courteous. Thank you Ederlina , Jaime and George once again. Sandra and staff also are highly efficient and professionals and cater to any wish . Simply the best.

    I had an amazing time at the resort. The staff were friendly and the food was great. The beach was clean and easily accessible. The pool was beautiful. I can’t think of any other kind words to say. This was amazing.

    I've traveled to several all-inclusives . Awesome food, very clean resort !! The Best Customer service !!! Everyone at Barcelo"s was respectful and polite. Special shout out to Sandra Steba for going over the top to make sure our stay was rated Excellent ! I also need to recognize Liza in customer services, George and Joyce in the Royal restaurant, Jermin and Santiago at the beach bar-THANK YOU all. Recommend Royal upgrade ! . clean room everyday. this island is clean and easy to get around . used the public bus cheapest and safe. The fresh flowers through out the entire resort every day was very appreciated by all. All of palm beach is open to public access. The good beach chairs and drink tables were always hide and saved for people who paid cash to the beach drink workers to bring to them for the next day. I saw this every day for our 7 days with the time share guests at the beach. it didn't matter how early I went to the beach 6 am to get one. The evening entrainment was poor for what it costs to stay here the evening music was nice after dinner but nothing going on worth while in ballroom or main lobby after 9pm Thank You again Sandra !! from Brad, Stacy, Gage and Kayleen. We stayed 7 nights .#1701 & 1703

    Quick Getaway for Relaxing

    Barcelo Aruba was perfect for a quick getaway. Would not recommend for any special occasions or honeymoons. Hotel management needs to review the cleanliness of their rooms and make repairs more frequently. Bartenders need to be more friendly and put a smile on their faces.
