Thanks for the best honeymoon ever! Everything was so perfect. The staff, the food, the room I could stay a entire month there We had a butler to help us with everything we needed It is not cheap, but you must have this experience in Cancun ??????????

Where do I even start? Firstly, the best part is obviously the inclusivity. Everything from drinks to food to essentials provided to you easily and efficiently. I really loved the pool set up and how clean the beach was. The events provided by the hotel were all very enjoyable and thanks to the entertainers like Sergio for inviting us the events; we always knew when and where to be to experience the fun! This was easily one of my best business trips and I plan on returning in the future. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to come to Cancun!

The staff made this holiday, specifically our breakfast and lunch waiter Manolo, his colleague Sergio. We asked for Manolo every day as he was very attentive, remembered our order, and we never had an empty glass or plate. He made our trip feel special and even gave us a lovely farewell gift. There were other lovely staff too; Veronica at the pool, and a fab barman in the vine bar Roodolfolo. The stars I give this hotel are for them. The hotel and holiday itself was a huge disappointment and very overpriced. Thank goodness they have some incredible staff who helped make our stay better. 5 stars for the staff especially Manolo, 1 star for the hotel.

Recently stayed at Secrets the Vine for my boyfriend's birthday. I loved the look of the hotel and our room was amazing and spacious. We had no complaints during our stay and would definitely book here again or at other Secrets hotels. We did a couples massage and the spa services were excellent and the pre-massage hydrotherapy was wonderful. The staff was friendly and there was a good variety of restaurants. Also, as LGBTQ travelers, we felt welcome and appreciated that the hotel was adults only. Overall, would highly recommend staying at Secrets the Vine.
