Impressive structure and grounds. Very convenient to Ft. Meyers airport and local amenities. Pools/fountains beautiful. Amazing how they were able to recover from Hurricane Ian. Free parking in the garage was a nice perk. Our group shuttled to the beach, took a half day fishing excursion and made a short trip over to the large Miramar Outlets for a nice afternoon. I would stay at this hotel again.

Resort was absolutely breathtaking from the minute you arrive. Staff greet and hold the door from you the minute you get out of the car. Everything from the people, restaurants, and amenities were amazing. I’ve never stayed somewhere so nice.

I'm not a big review guy - but I have to say that Jackson at the front desk was excellent. We thought we booked a 1 bed room suite with an adjoining room with 2 queens for the kids. The room descriptions on the website are very confusing. Turns out that they count the living room area of the 1 bed suite as "a second room." Jackson added on the extra room at no charge for the mix up - very rare these days. I still don't understand the point of the"living room" in the suite. It is a couch area (good) and then a massive dining table - but there's no kitchen. So why dedicate so much space to a table? Hotel is great for families. Lots of activities, lots of pools and slides. The boat ride to the beach and the beach itself were wonderful. It is a 20 min drive from the Fort Myers airport. All the restaurants were very good and kid friendly. You can drive to the beach in about 15 mins - but there's nowhere to park, especially around sunset. Very responsive staff - one of the mini fridges was not closing - it was fixed 20 mins after I called. Great experience.

Beautiful resort with an incredible sunset. The hotel is very large and at first impression it seemed unfriendly but after being there just 2 days, the attention from the front desk (Austin and Jackson) as well as the pool and activities staff was awesome. The hotel offers a lot of fun, especially for families with children. There is a boat that takes you to the beach (at busy times, there may be a wait to come back, we had to wait 1 hour to return). The hotel is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The reservation manager Lisa M is super nice and made sure we got a nice room. Debbie who answers the phones most times when you call the hotel is also super nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience staying at this hotel.

Family friendly resort. Lots of kids activities. All the staff were attentive and friendly. Kids enjoyed the Easter egg hunts, face painting and animal balloons. The pools are great! Stephenie at Camp Hyatt was so friendly, the kids really enjoyed spending a few hours with her. The magic show by Joey Evans was fun and entertaining. My daughter and I enjoyed the spa, the ladies were very friendly. Enjoyed boat ride to the island. Captain was attentive. Spotted dolphins. Tried to get a reservation at Tanglewood via OpenTable one night, none were available. Called the front desk and they made it happen. We ate at Tarpon Bay as well, excellent food and experience. Resort is beautiful but the friendly and attentive staff take the experience up a notch. Only complaint - we consistently only received two washcloths for our family of 4. However, promptly delivered when requested.
