Been going to Marco Island for over 15 years and stayed in this property before and now several times since it became a JW. Awesome staff, food is amazing (try the wings well done at Quinns), and fun experience. Conveniently located to everything and the rooms are comfortable, clean and up to date. The new building area is very nice and the bar/restaurant there has great views.

Visited with my husband for his work conference. Had an amazing stay, staff was excellent even with the amount of people the conference had in attendance. Rooms are very nice and clean. Pools and beach beautiful! Can't wait to return!

    Blown away.

In an age where customer service seems to fading away, I had the BEST experience at the breakfast restaurant this morning at the JW. I have some dietary restrictions so trying to find a place to eat with servers who understand (or even care) can be a challenge. Enter DOLLY. I can’t remember EVER having a server who went so far out of her way to accommodate, over a simple meal! She was so warm and friendly and really cared about making sure I was taken care of. I am impressed and overwhelmed with gratitude. She is wonderful. Thank you Dolly.

    Beautiful beach and overall excellent!

We just spent a week at this lovely resort. The room was clean, though I was surprised there were no robes. It was well equipped and the bathroom was a lovely, unique set up. The coffee spot downstairs was top notch and service was always very friendly! The beach is gorgeous! We rented a cabana for the day and had the most excellent time. Overall we had a fabulous time. Food and drinks are pricey but that’s to be expected. But almost $8 for a large latte seems extreme. The new game room is fabulous!! This is a great spot for kids or adults only. The fire dancer on the beach is such a fun perk! And the poolside fruit waters are an excellent touch! I do wish the pools were open longer, but kudos for a great facility, kind workers and a beautiful location!

    Really nice place

Three separate buildings there, very clean rooms, maids were on point. Very fine sand there that's hard not to get everywhere and although I try to make everybody's job easier when I'm away you still get sand in the rooms and dresser tops and tables and the maid did it an excellent job cleaning up everyday. Nothing at all to complain about. Coffee and bottled water for the machine was refilled every day, never had to ask for anything except an extra towel which was only once and the maid remembered subsequent days. Two big pools on either side of the middle Tower and I actually went to the kids pool which is the one to the right of the center Tower where there's actually not a lot of kids and some adults just go there to relax, believe it or not to get away from the adults side which seemed to have more action going on. And there's a bar right off to the right hand side there towards the beach and they also have flags on every chair that you can flap up when you want service and the waitress was pretty much on the ball as you didn't have to wait long. Food there is kind of pricey, they have a breakfast buffet for I believe around thirty bucks or you can just get eggs for 22 or pancakes for around 20 I believe. Reasonably priced pizza restaurant in front of second tower for lunch with salads, etc. Other place with burgers seemed a little pricey for lunch. Didnt have dinner there as there are many options under a 10 minute walk in this square to the south down the main drag which is basically just making a right out the front door and walking down the road which isn't congested for basically an Ocean Avenue but then again didn't go Primetime season either. Beautiful beach with powdery white sand and more than enough towels, lounges and umbrellas. Shells galor up and down the beach if that's your thing. Game room/ Bar upstairs in main building too which turns into adults only after 10pm I believe. Another nice bar inside in front of the check-in desk too and I'm sure there's others which I didn't hit. And if you have the chance I'd take the wave runner tour down to Ten Thousand Islands where you leave right off the beach there and is about an hour and a half long tour where you just cruise all around these lttle islands and see dolphins and the wildlife in the back bays there where the water is very calm. And all the guys working for them with the Wave Runners were excellent and even if you've never been on one they coached people right through and they were Aces half way thru the tour. And as far as Marco Island, I've been all over Florida more times than I can count it's about the nicest place in Florida that's about the cleanest with no trashy people around whatsoever no matter how far inland you go. A lot of places in Florida once you go beyond the bridges over the waterways that take you away from the ocean, usually as soon as you get inland you start seeing less desirable people, not here though. Just nice homes and golf courses and Golf communities one after another. Definitely a place you'd consider retiring to even if you were 5-10 miles away from the beach.
