We had an amazing time. The service was wonderful and everyone was so friendly. Especially Junana and Wilberth from the Italian restaurant and Samuel the gardener/pool attendant. There is 1 buffet and 2 restaurants. 1 baby pool and 2 big pools. The bars are lovely and the drinks are delicious. One thing to be aware of is there is a lot of walking, the hotel uses a golf cart service to get around the resort, and sometimes walking is the most effective option. All in all we had a wonderful trip and will 100% be back soon! Thank you everyone for making our trip wonderful ??

We traveled as a group of 9 (7 adults 2 teens) our stay was just ok. Not like we stayed in our rooms lots but the air-conditioning was nice rooms clean... food is less than desirable.which made us eat off resort (we are.not fussy when it comes to.food) but it was not great. The location is nice close to many things. Front desk staff was hard to communicate with ....

Excellent service from Higinio on the beach club. Always good to see kind and friendly people on service, made the stay 100% better. Recommended. The cocktails were really good, the food was A OK and there’s several opportunities for PokemonGo players.

What an amazing experience! The staff at this resort are by far the most amazing and accommodating staff we have ever encountered. Our family will be coming back every year. While you may be apprehensive about needing to take the resort shuttle to the beach and buffet (which are both at the beach), it is a 45 second ride and a minute and a half walk. The area is so safe and we were comfortable walking around the area after dark with two small children. The food was wonderful and the buffet offered such a great variety of food! FRANCO was our server during most of our lunches and dinners and he was amazing. He took the time to get to know our names and was so quick to attend to our needs as well as everyone he served. The Italian and Mexican Restaurants were delightful. I highly recommend trying each of them during your stay. The upstairs bar and pool area on the 7th floor was a great place to lounge during the afternoons. The fresh food they provided at the snack bars on the 7th floor and the beach were simply awesome and more than filling. A special shout out to LEON upstairs in the 7th floor bar and restaurant. This guy was a machine! You needed anything he was on it. Best service by far. Down at the beach, the sand was clean and the shells and hermit crabs gave the kids plenty to do. We were even able to feed schools of small dorado fish in the shallows. OLIVER the lifeguard was diligent and watchful especially when the waves were a bit rough. He was always right there whenever kids were near the ocean. The rooms were immaculate. Our housekeeper was meticulous. she made sure that the rooms were immaculate every day. the hallways, stair wells and pathways were so well kept. Loved the lobby bar. Great place to grab a quick shot or a nice espresso after dinner. They sure can mix a great cocktail. Our only wish really which has nothing to do with Park Royal Resort directly was that our Air Canada Representative MARCO, be a better host and actually spend time helping us to navigate some of the wonderful things Huatulco has to offer to tourists. Thankfully, EUGENIO, one of the knowledgeable wait staff as well as trip advisor posts allowed us to explore what we wanted to do. THANK YOU to everyone at Park Royal Beach Resort.
