We loved staying at the Hali'i Kai condos! Especially after we upgraded to a premium condo. We needed to do this because the first unit we had only had twin beds in the second bedroom - not great for the couple traveling with us! Be sure to check about this before you book. The premium condo was awesome on so many levels. The art in there was interesting and it was fully furnished with everything we needed including things to take to the beach like chairs and an umbrella. One of the best things was the washer and dryer in the unit! Perfect for washing your swim/beach clothes after a day at the beach. We saved a lot of money by buying food to prepare and using the well-stocked kitchen to make meals. And we were glad it came with a blender for our tropical adult beverages! We loved the staff at Hali'i Kai, too. Pua in the office is so friendly and helpful - she really improved our vacation! We will definitely stay at Hali'i Kai again!

We stayed here with our two small kids and our two sets of grandparents. We had a great time. The location itself is a nice gated community. We were lucky to stay in a building 16. We had an ocean view out of our lanai on both floors. The pool is a nice size, nice clubhouse with daily happy hour, and decent food menu. You get towels there. There was also a small gym with about 6 machines( treadmill, bike, and some other machines) that looked right over the ocean. Was very easy to wake up early and do a light workout while having the open ocean right in front. You weren’t allowed to bring any outside water bottles or hydro flask inside the pool area. The front office staff was very pleasant. We can’t wait to return!

Had the most amazing time at Hali’i Kai. We have been fortunate enough to have stayed twice now, in 15A. The condo is perfect! Has everything needed to feel like home. The views are spectacular, morning and night. There is nothing like coffee on the Lanai, first thing in the morning, listening to the birds chirping, smelling the beautiful Hawaiian air, feeling the gentle breeze and the most amazing sounds of the ocean. And all right there from your Lanai! Absolute heaven! Hali’i Kai also has an on site pool club. Your search is over if you’re seeking the best drinks poolside with some of the most spectacular sunsets, you’ll ever see! Mai Tai’s like no others, and have you even lived if you have not had their Tempura Green beans?! But, what makes this place so incredibly special, is their staff! Hands down, the best people you’ll find on the island. You meet them once and they make you feel as if you’ve known them forever. The staff, led by the fabulous Kathy, really does treat you like Ohana. They cater to your every need and before your trip is over you’re taking pictures with them, because you genuinely feel you’ve made friends. Saphyre, and Daniel are just the best, and Kathy, well, it’s hard to top the Aloha you instantly feel being in her presence. She’s one of those rare souls who can make you feel like you’re the only guest there, even when she’s hustling a full house. You’re never old news because she’s seen you before. Your drink is never empty and neither is your heart. We’ve made friends with other travelers each trip, and all seem to feel the same about the island vibe Kathy naturally radiates. I’ve watched, as she checks on every single guest and somehow, without any effort she has this way of naturally bringing people together. Guests are chatting and getting to know one another, which just makes for a whole other experience! At one point the entire bar area was singing (out loud) to Sweet Caroline! So fun! You come back two years later, you’re greeted with giant hugs and even though she’s only met you once, she asks ‘you ready for your Mai Tai’s and green beans’? Like she’s known us forever. She’s a unicorn! Please never leave, Kathy! We had different plans a few evenings there and decided last minute, why go anywhere else? This place really does have it all! A million MAHALO’s, Kathy, (and team). Your service is impeccable. We miss you, already! Rich and Lisa

The property at Halii Kai is amazing, including the incredible pool. With that being said the staff at the pool was what made our trip special. Kathy, Sapphire and Daniel truly made the trip for our family. They took the time to get to know us on a personal level and made us all feel like Ohana. My family and I will be back just to see Kathy Sapphire and Daniel. We miss them all already. Lopez Family.

This condo complex is really nice. Amazing views from our condo 8D. Extremely clean and well taken care of. The pool has amazing views, really nice and friendly staff that make you feel like you’re friends. The food wasn’t bad for resort food. Drinks were great:) We went through Resortica Hawaii. Our unit came with the Hilton pool pass but we didn’t use it. We tried one day but the main pool was closed, the other pools didn’t appeal to us and the food we ordered from the lagoon restaurant was blah.
