Pro’s-great location if you are attending a conference. Pool is resort like, not a giant party. Shops are nice and plenty places to eat. Cons-I had reserved a king bed and was put in a room with 2 doubles. The beds had holes in the bed mattresses, closet doors were broken, carpets had holes and coming up, walls were very beaten up. You have to pay a $50 resort fee on top of the room rates and does NOT include any bottle water and coffee was $22 in the room. Everything is very overpriced. I was traveling solo and went to 2 separate restaurants and was told they can’t seat single people at tables and I could only sit at the bar if there was an opening (which there wasn’t). Finally ended up at the Gordon Ramsey Pub and had a great meal at the bar.

Do not open mini bar!

First and last time I will stay here! It took one hour to check in. I had unauthorized charges that I’m still trying to get reversed after checking out, and the food on site wasn’t that great. Super crowded! DO NOT OPEN MINI BAR. I was charged even though I have video evidence nothing was taken. Won’t be staying here ever again. Never had this experience with an authorized charges, and I travel a lot.

Great place

My husband and I came for a conference and caesars palace was a great place to stay. The food was yummy, our room was clean, the gym was fantastic and everyone we asked for directions (because everything is so huge there’s a good chance you’ll get lost ??) was polite and helpful. Kiana at check in was so nice and welcoming and started our stay off on the right foot

Poor customer service

Hotel wants to charge for early check ins which is disappointing after a long tiring flight. The soap rack in the shower was falling out of the wall and could definitely break a foot if it came out. I called the concierge to request maintenance and they never came. Housekeeping left no shampoo and conditioner. They don’t know how long it will take to bring some and I can’t go anywhere to pick it up, making me late for a conference.

Amazing service - beautiful view Debub at check in was most helpful Our room has a view of the Fountains . Everything was clean & ready in the room. My host - Laura N - was most helpful IIn helping to book. Gambling has been fun so far. Already planning a trip back
