    The check in process is horrible now. You have to use the kiosk to check in. It is impossible to get rooms by each other if you are traveling with other people. I am not sure what happened to customer service but a kiosk does not deliver at all. We then had to wait quite a long time to speak to a hotel clerk to get checked in so we could have rooms on the same floor. After arriving to our room we called the concierge desk to deliver a chair to our room and it never arrived nor did they call us to tell us they were not able to give us one. The location is absolutely perfect though.

    I book this hotel from hotels.com. I select strip view suite room. When I was there, it was before 4pm. About to check in, they say if you check in now, you will be charge $15. If you want to wait to 4pm is free. They never say anything about a charge for early check in. So when I check in my room. The view wasn't the view what I ask for. It was some buildings and a High Roller view on my right. But I STATED THAT I WANT A STRIP VIEW AND I PAY EXTRA FOR THAT. When I called the front desk, they stated that we are not guaranteed the room you book with us. That was misadvertised and charge me extra for that. There were some areas of the rooms were dirty. There was a dirty face towel on my nightstand when I walked in my room. A wallpaper teared from the wall, a cracked shower wall and a stereo system that they say they going to get rid of it pretty soon. They never showed up to pick that dirty face towel of that nightstand. I also ask them to change my room to a strip view. They denied it and didn't apologize about it and it took a whole day to pick up that dirty towel. You cant even get a hold of the supervisor. The pictures they put on the websites doesn't match the one I check in. IS ALL PHOTOSHOP! I will never stay at this hotel anymore. DON'T TRUST THEIR LISTINGS AND PICTURES. BEWARE OF FLAMINGOS HOTEL. I wanted to rated no stars. NOT EVEN 1!

    Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Signs were easy to follow, shops were really nice and lots to choose from. Restaurants were great. Location is great. Had a refrigerator which was very nice. Great view. Loved the large windows!

    Room was nice and clean. Because of Covid the resturants have limited hours so make sure you check the hours out for your late night plans. Parking was available for free in the garage as there wasn't any valet parking.

    I didnt get the room I booked in advanced, even though I told them when I'd be arriving. The whole hotel smelled like rotten eggs at one point. My rooms phone didnt work and when I told the staff, they didnt do anything they room wasn't cleaned well with trash still behind the tables our remote was lost. And on top of the 125 I had to pay at the hotel there was an additional 150 a HIDDEN FEE. Definitely not worth it I am so unhappy with my stay and I wont be returning.
